Unfortunately, as I have let you know via your email address linked to your order, we cannot find any emails from you or indeed the products you have returned. I have contacted you in an attempt to locate these emails and items, and have refunded your order.
To return an item, as stated in our return policy, you must contact us first so that we can tell you where to return it as well as approving the return. This is to avoid returns being sent to the wrong place, as if we do not receive an item we usually cannot return the money.
Please respond to my email as soon as you are able as I would love to sort this out.
