Poor quality product and even worse customer service

Ordered rim protectors to prevent scrapes if you get too close to a curb. Got one for my husband and one for my daughter as Christmas gifts. They didn't really look like the photos, it was just a roll of thin plastic. In any case, about a week later we cleaned the rims on both vehicles and attempted to install, but it wouldn't stick! The rims were clean and dry, and the weather was mid 70s, so it was poor quality of the adhesive.

I emailed the company to request an RMA# and return label, but was told I was past the 30 day return window. I explained the situation and asked if they could make an exception since these were Christmas gifts and also defective, they still said "No our policy is 30 days, and we cannot make an exception for Christmas or defects"

So I'm stuck with 2 rolls of cheap plastic that turned out to be defective and horrible customer service. They didn't offer a replacement or partial refund, nothing! Oh, and if I had been within the 30 day window, I would have been responsible for paying return shipping. Not a good experience and I will never shop with them again.

Electric heated foot spa

The item ordered was totally different than the cheap item received. The company fraudulently charged an insurance fee of $9.99. I would highly recommend not purchasing from this fraudulent site.

AVOID KYLVERA and JOMHOME CO

I have never received the 2 levitating globes that were ordered 12/31/2025 and charged to my credit card on 1/2/2026 by Jomhome Co.
A phone call to the number listed was answered by a surly, rude, curt woman who simply said email update being sent then hung up.
Now I will pursue what authorities this fraudulent company can be reported to?

Illegally charging my credit card without any purchase.

Yesterday, I learned from my credit card Company. This company, Klyvera, has charged my credit card for another amount of $ 39.99 without me making any purchase. Of course, I have disputed it, but that is dangerous. They do not delete information about your credit cards once the purchase has been completed, so that they can continue charging your credit card every so often without you noticing that you are losing that money. This is a day light robbery.
I think someone should report them to law enforcement authorities.

Shady company, garbage products

I ordered an “Icelandic Wool” women’s sweater as a gift from Klyvera. Shortly after, I noted a charge for $39.99 on my credit card from a company I didn’t recognize - viraxpower. I wrote to inquire, they told me that they subscribed me to a “membership” and I could request to opt-out. The sweater arrived, and there is not an ounce or wool - icelandic or otherwise. It’s all acrylic. I demanded a full refund, have not heard back from customer service. Do not purchase from this company.

After dealing with streaks and missed…

After dealing with streaks and missed spots for years, I finally gave in and got this. It's strangely enjoyable to use. The handle reaches farther than I expected, and the brush head doesn't leave marks. it really takes the struggle out of cleaning windows.

I placed an order for a fishing bag.
I opted not to pay for the optional special handling shipping fee; however, I was charged for it anyway $9.99 :(
It's a total scam. They built the fee into total price.
It hasn't shown up so I called to inquire.
I was very kind to the representative but she hung up on me anyway.
They claim that the item is still on its way.
Based on the other poor reviews, I'll be surprised if it actually shows up in good condition.

Don't waste your time ordering from KLYVERA. They are a headache.

I purchased an item less than a week before Christmas and I chose this site specifically because it advertised three day shipping which would have gotten me the item just in time for Christmas. It was not until I paid for the item that the site informed me that "due to demand" the arrival would be delayed by 3-5 days meaning that there was no way I'd have this for Christmas. In addition, during the checkout, there was an "option" to purchase some sort of shipping protection for $9.99 which I declined, but somehow, I was still billed for that as a separate transaction. I was going to call and cancel right then but I really wanted the item so I decided to let it go and hoped that maybe that meant it might arrive before Christmas. Very naive on my part, I know. The package finally arrived today, January 3, and it looks like it came from someone's Christmas trash. It was a plastic "envelope" that was still sealed at the top but had been ripped open at the bottom and then taped in such a way that part of the inside packaging was hanging out of the hole where the tape didn't cover the rip. The inside packaging was just a clear plastic bag and the item inside looked like it had been pulled out, tried on, then rolled up in a ball and stuffed back in. I have reached out to the company to express my disappointment and to ask them to refund me at least the $9.99 shipping protection. We'll see how they respond. My advice to anyone considering a purchase from this site---go find it somewhere else.

BEWARE OF THIS MANUFACTURE

BEWARE OF THIS MANUFACTURE! I bought a pair of shoes Oct. 27, 2025. Shoes arrived Nov. 10, 2025. One of the shoe string loops was broken. I reached out to Customer Service, Shared a photo, was given a Return Authorization number and return address and, on Nov. 14, 2025 paid $20.00 postage and returned to Klyvera for replacement.
On Dec. 31, 2025 I received my package, with the original damaged shoes. My package had been rejected as not a real address. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS SUPPLIER. SCAMMER..

KLYVERA COMPLAINT SCAM TACTTCS …

So disappointed new customer since 12/15/25 saw advertised beautiful lamb wool jackets $16.99 ordered Christmas gifts one to myself NJ and other to my sister in Chicago followed banking and tracking noticed that unnecessary warranty’s attached to order complained had $9.99 x 2 refunded and yet another $16.99 for wrong orders - finally 12/27/25 Sis Chicago confirmed received but my jacket was not properly delivered to NJ yet? Finally had enough per prior emails texts app Klyvera agents online Mark Elaine apologized but then company still in professionally messed up and when I finally patiently called Klyvera to confront the female customer service repr made fun of my clergy title name and abruptly stated order will be redelivered before I could even respond the rude female agent hung up. These are not ethical customer service business practices for USA 🇺🇸 China 🇨🇳 international tracking relations and they try to intimidate and ridicule when customers rightfully complaints. ordered a coat which was supposed to…

ordered a coat which was supposed to arrive by Christmas. I was also charged 9.99 for shipping that I did not even want. They tried to charge my card of this same fee several times but I flagged them as a scam. When I called to see what was taking so long every customer service agent they had was rude and aggressive towards me. One actually hung up on me. Another asked me the last four digits on my card. I refused to give it to them as they should already have that if there a legit business. He kinda sneezed and laughed at me and said "tell ya what if I find the card number I'll call ya back" it was that point I hung up on him. I'm cancelling my card tomorrow. It is completely inconvient that I even have to do this because there is people that wanna virtually rob you. After reading the reviews I realize I'm probably not getting my money back for the product or the stupid 9.99 fee that I didn't even want in the first place they practically make you accept that fee to place the order. Do not give them your card number over the phone and do not do business with these people. Read the other reviews on the bad experiences. I think the good ones may be made up so they look legit. Do not be fooled. I'm reporting this to better business bureau as well.

I am very upset horrible experience do not trust

I am very upset. This site tried to charge me three times on Christmas Eve. Thank God I just came back from my vacation. Had to cancel my card due to fraud. They even tried to change the name to charge me the same amount. It’s like they waited for me to get my order and then try to steal from you. Do not trust these people. The order does come within then they’ll try to steal money out of your account. Luckily my bank is very good at catching fraud.

Hardly indestructible

I'm very disappointed with what was billed as an indestructible toy for tough chewers. It took my 4 year old Petty mix less than 5 minutes to rip the ear off and about 30 minutes to find the squeaky toy by gutting it. And I think I bought two of them.
