Ordered some points, came quickly and fast in good packaging.

Collected my order and one of the items was found to have a fault. Easily organised a replacement with staff being extremely helpful thank you.

Competitive price, very reasonable postage cost, fast delivery and very well packaged. You can't get much better than that. Many thanks.

I have had an order waiting for 4 months with this retailer. After having one update after waiting 2 weeks I have had nothing since despite me requesting more information. My order was made in March and we are now in August. Lack of communication and ignoring requests for updates. Will not be shopping here again.

- Update 12/09/25:

I have had a single email to say they are looking into the order when I have already requested a refund. This was a month ago when I posted this review and still nothing. I would like my money returning so I can go elsewhere.

I placed my order at Easter and finally got it delivered at the end of July. I appreciate the long delivery time was not your fault. Although I tried on numerous occasions to phone and find out what was happening with my order I never managed to get through.
I did however get a number of email updates which were good to get.

Out of stock when ordered, but quickly obtained and sent. Good prices.

Kept informed about preordained and when released delivered very quickly

Excellent service, good communication regarding delivery and very reasonable prices

my order was cancelled 2 years ago by hornby 2 years later they got some in stock a called me to ask if i would still like one i did and received item with in 3 days of paying for it at a very good price

When ordering gave me the impression that the parts were in stock. Subsequent emails ignored.

I paid a very enhanced fee for a next day delivery. This failed and did not arrive. As a result I now have three very expensive two way slips that are of no use. (reason too long to explain, but will do so should this be required ).
Very dissapointed indeed.

KMS Railtech provided a brilliant service. Prices are very competitive, dispatch prompt and delivery fast. All around superb service.

Always great prices and great communication when items aren't in stock.

Fantastic items very large range of all types of hobby fun.
Contact them and service is first class. Bought a few things from them over the last year.
But I thought I’d have a go at one of their competitions… it was an added purchase to bring my total up. While they have been busy and thought nothing more of it.
They sent out an apology for delays. And several draws took place.
Prices have been sent out.
I was one of these winners.

I definitely recommend this company.
If I was closer I would definitely visit them. But online works for me just now.

Their competitions are a scam. They violate their own terms of service when they do not meet the required number of entries by not making the draw or issuing refunds and cancelling the draw. They then ignore all email and messages. If you try and call the number either doesn’t connect or goes to voice mail. I managed to get through ones and got fobbed off. One competition was declared rolled after 16months despite no change to the number of entries and no email to confirm and another competition has been removed from the website with no email confirmation or refund. Don’t bother entering, it is a money making scam.
