Great assistance on a Fuji Spray system!
The staff at the Chilliwack location were a great help for us when were looking for a paint/stain spraying system to speed up production in our siding company. After looking at several different models we settled on the Semi-Pro 2 HVLP system. So far it's been great for our exterior applications: very efficient, easy set up and use, and a breeze to clean. All important to someone new to a paint spraying system. Thanks KMS for pointing us in the right direction to a great product.

Bought a torque wrench 10days ago went back for a refund But staff say no refund one staff even said how do they know if I drop on the floor or not Actually the tool is no issues at all ! They just need to check the conditions according to their profession but they just keep saying no refund! Canada don't do BUSINESS like this ! Very Disappointed with this Company !Speechless! BEWARE COMSUMBERS WHEN U BUY THINGS FROM KMS TOOLS U MIGHT NOT GET A REFUND!! I found it took way too long to get order ready for pick up. Everything was in stock already, but still took three days to get picked. Not satisfactory. Then when I got final invoice, I noticed that they did not give me the latest sale prices. So, then I had to go back to store & get my sale price differential refund,

Staff are friendly and know their stuff.

Staff was friendly, but not as knowledgable as I like. I was in looking at knife sharpeners, but the staff in that section didn't know the product (or that they had the product on the shelf).
