Selection of tools for all jobs, very helpful staff, if they don't know i am always lead to the proper person for our needs. When ordering items we are always informed on the status on time or delayed and arrival times.

KMS Langley / Coquitlam
While there are various companies (including big box stores) that you can obtain a variety of tools, it is the people who you deal with that can eliminate the unknowns that an inexperience person may have. My experience involved two different stores, Langley (who had what I needed) and Coquitlam (who is located closer to where I live). I do not recall the service peoples names that I dealt with in Langley though one person went to find my item while the others asked if there was anything that I needed to know about my purchase. The lack of reviews of your farm jack that I purchased, left questions as to the durability of this item. I found a US sold product that appeared identical in construction as by your product. The item, Big Red, had a variety of reviews which raised concerns for me. Unfortunately I decided to return the item to the Coquitlam store. This experience was as pleasant as was the purchase. Mahla, who dealt with my return was exceptional. Very efficient and extremely personable, she again confirmed my feelings re the importance of the people that a customer deals with that make you coming back. And I will be back. As her name intrigued me, I looked up its meaning. "Friendly", she honour her name very well.
