The staff at the Victoria store were, as always, helpful. Even though KMS did not sell what I was looking for they did find it online for me.

I got asked a number of times if l needed any assistance right from walking in the door. Great selection and good pricing.

I like KMS tools ever since they were in Colwood, great prices and so many products.
But wish they had a second location.

You have a wide variety of products and good sales. Knowledgable salespersons are appreciated also. (You are a bit thin on accessaries such as the proper 7" buffer pads for the top of the line Makita buffer for example.)

I can usually get what I’m after, but it’s usually not in stock (the online site will say there’s three or six at my local store). But I order it in and it shows up after a few weeks.

Great support and selection.

The staff rarely acknowledge you when you visit the store. Only a few of the staff are helpful, and the remainder seem disinterested in helping customers. The online ordering system needs to be assessed by an expert, I have ordered item that can not be found by the staff, or never expected to arrive.

They have a wide variety of tools and accessories that you probably wouldn't find at your local hardware store. I also enjoy browsing their side products such as their metal posters and soft drinks.
My only (minor) complaint is that it is sometimes hard to get the attention of staff. They are sometimes involved in conversations with fellow staffers which have nothing to do with their business, but they do a good job of ignoring you while you wait patiently for them to wrap it up.
