Really difficult to return items and emails to their customer support were ignored. Had to chase three times to get a response. They only publish the good reviews on their site so I wouldn't trust them.

Never received my product, customer service dealing with the matter were completely useless.

It's been a while since I ordered from this company, despite that, I had a fairly good experience.. I ordered a full length pillow for my wife who at the time was suffering from cramps in the lower half of her abdomen. The courier used sent a photo of a random door and said it was delivered. I contacted kneepillow and explained, giving the evidence to what I received by the courier. They sorted another delivery at no extra cost and it was sent special delivery. Excellent product and customer service was top notch! Thank you

Tried to return an item which was received in a colour I did not order and had absolutely no response from customer service. Also tried calling a number listed on the website and was told it was no longer in service. Eventually had to go via section 75 to receive my refund. Awful awful company. DO NOT USE

Ordered 4 of a certain item which showed available online. They sent 4 items that were not what I ordered and cheaper. They did refund me when contacted and kindly allowed me to keep the products sent in error.

Ordered a birthday gift from the US in early November to deliver to address in UK because the site said the item would deliver by the time I needed it to. I was reluctant to trust and wished I had read the reviews first as the item finally arrived 6 weeks later. I received no other updates from the company and started to feel I was scammed. Tried to contact customer service several times and got no response. Almost called my bank to report as potential fraud and that’s when I received the ship confirmation email. Don’t order from this site if you need something quickly.

Ordered an angle pillow, I need to sleep elevated to ensure my breathing remains fairly open to help with my coughing during night, Paid extra for express delivery and despite being delivered today the supply company seemed unable to help with my delivery concerns,goods arrived and despite being advertised as being hypoallergenic the pillow has a too strong chemical smell,which has caused me to have fits of coughing if I am within 8 foot of pillow, really substandard product and certainly not as advertised,

They did not respond to my return request, I had to go through my bank for a refund.

Great product! My knee pillow was a god send after surgery which was nothing to do with knees! It allowed me to get comfy and rest/sleep/read. It also gave a cuddle factor when I was feeling low post op.

First class customer service!

Dispatched quickly and the only pillow that’s helped me sleep during my pregnancy. It’s been an absolute lifesaver!

Ordered some sloth slippers for my son’s Christmas present 16th November and got an order confirmation. Heard nothing since re my delivery.

Sent 2 emails to the address provided & no response.

Tried another email and got a response to say Shopify is down so they can’t see the orders but they could refund me if wanted.

Tried to respond to the email and it is no longer valid and the website has been removed so will need to do a credit card chargeback. Terrible service as if there was a technical issue they shouldn’t have continued to take orders.

After a failed delivery, the company got in touch . They offered me a new delivery. I opted for refund. It took some time and it did arrive at last.

I received an order confirmation and absolutely nothing from the company or any courier since. I was planning to call but their website has been down for a several days. I emailed but no response. I usually check Trust Pilot before purchasing but for some reason forgot. Will be disputing the charge on my credit card after 15 days.

I ordered a pregnancy pillow which arrived and was used for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately the zip on the pillowcase cover was faulty. I contacted the company to advise them of the faulty zip and ask for a replacement. They took a week to respond, and when they did get back to me they were quite curt in their response and the person did not even sign off the message with their name. I was told I would receive a replacement cover that would be sent out 8th Nov, unfortunately I have still not received it. I have sent a follow up email and still no response. It’s a shame because the pillow itself is a good shape and size, but the customer service has been poor so I can’t recommend this company.
