Great service. Arrived exactly as stated. The Bosche dishwasher is fantastic, much improved from our last one, which was a Siemens. Superb value for money. I would definitely recommend the company and the dishwasher.

Recently needed a new washing machine
Recently needed a new washing machine, and Knees are local to me. I called up and spoke to Lorraine who was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I ordered a machine on Friday, and had it delivered on Tuesday the following week, which was brilliant.
Very friendly delivery team, and very careful not to scratch walls etc whilst entering the property.
Couldn't ask for more from a company! Thank you knees, will be using again for sure!!

Stressful experience from start to finish
Do not order from this company unless you are willing to wait Do not order from this company unless you are prepared to wait 15days for delivery! After placing my order and making payment I was told my order wasn’t in stock. I had to contact them numerous times for updates. They did not answer the telephone but to be fair they replied to my emails.

Communication and service issues
Communication was consistently delayed.
When the contractor Garry visited, he seemed displeased when I asked questions to better understand the process, despite my admitting that this was all new to me. The advice to saw open the back of a cupboard for electrics proved unnecessary, wasting both time and effort.
The entire communication chain among the Knees team, Garry, and myself was inefficient and frustrating. I feel like I am having to project manage what should be a relatively simple process.
Despite the fact I am living with no white goods I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Avoid! I ordered a product expecting delivery the following week, only to inquire later and be told it actually has a 2-4 week wait, as stated on the website. I checked the website again and saw that information, although I could have sworn it showed as in stock when I ordered. Four weeks went by, and I was told it would be another week... and then another. I was repeatedly told, "I can cancel if I want." The delays were blamed on AEG suppliers. Looking through the reviews on Trustpilot, I found that others have had the same issues I experienced. I realised that I was gaslit into believing I had missed the details regarding the delivery estimate. Their products may be cheaper than other companies but it's NOT worth it.

Goodness, where to start with this company. Ordered a cooker from Knees, website stated 1 in stock with 2-5 days delivery. Purchased midday on Monday so would expect delivery latest Saturday. Phoned them on the Thursday as I was wondering why hasn't the courier company phoned me to arrange delivery, so thought I'd give them a call to find out what's going on. Spoke to a man who told me they got none in stock and they had to order it in, told him that's not what your website stated and how I'm not pleased with this only to be told back in a snotty tone "I'll cancel your order if you want" to which I said I don't want my order cancelled I want it delivered in the time frame you stated but he couldn't of cared less. I then spoke to Lorraine the manager telling her whats happened, said to her your website states 2-5 days delivery. She then told me where does it say this on the page for the cooker I wanted, so of course I go back onto the webpage of the cooker and shock horror! Deliery date has now been changed to 3-10 days delivery, very crafty and sneaky to change it. Told her it's been changed etc then was told "You should have it by the end of the week" but of course, that never happened so was told another lie. After waiting 8+ days on their orignal delivery date I finally received my cooker but not without their awful delivery service included. The courier SGK is utterly shocking, their employees are some of the rudest, most ignorant people I've ever dealt with, if I had known how much of a headache just the courier company was going to give me I wouldn't of ordered the cooker in the first place. And after all the hassle, I removed the packaging only to find a massive dent in the back of the cooker, literally size of a dinner plate. I thought about complaining to Knees direct but whats the point? It'll only fall on deaf ears and I'll get the typical "sorry, delivery is out of hands" story. They might be slightly cheaper than other electrical retailers but for peace of mind, not being lied to, I would rather pay the bit extra and get good service, the likes of AO.com, Hughes, Euronics etc are miles better than Knees. Never again will I purchase from them.

Bought a Hob, integrated Oven, Microwave and cooker Hood for our new kitchen. Although not a company I came across before, there were competitively priced for top appliance brands and provided additional multi-buy discounts making it more attractive. Good communications all the way for a timely delivery. Contacted them about missing accessories, faulty parts and quality issues with the Hood itself. They proactively chased the manufacturer and sought replacements while keeping me updated. Excellent customer services and commendable after-sales support. I would highly recommend Knees.
