We ordered a cooker hood (AEG) from Knees at 2100 on Friday night, 10am Saturday morning we received a call to say it was ready for collection, we didn’t go for the free delivery option. All we can say is excellent service from Knees, polite staff both on the phone and in store when we attended to collect 👍👍

Do not trust them
Do not trust them. Ordered an oven from them which was on sale so assumed they had it in stock. They didn't say anything about delivery. Asked them and they said 3-10 days. Heard nothing. Phoned to ask what was going on and they said they could no longer fulfil the order. What an utter waste of time. And really bad service to not tell me that the order wasn't possible.
Poor service!!! Communication is shocking!
When I ordered the cooker hood the website said it would be delivered between 5-10 days, at 13 days I had received no communication.
I called up and they said the product wouldn't be available until earliest mid-May.
I cancelled the order immediately.
They have sent a notification saying the amount will be refunded but they didn't apologise for the lack of communication about the delay and the inconvenience. My order had been with them 13 days so they had plenty of time to email or call me with a status update.
I am caring for my 38 year old husband with stage 4 cancer and have a young family so have little time to sort this out.
I've now found the product cheaper on another site and it will be delivered this week.
Avoid ordering from here!!
something is very wrong about this company
I have just bought a warming draw marked £579.00 with a line through it and in red sale price £249
I paid using my Credit card, was i paid it took me to another page where i had to enter my card details a second time. odd!
I received no confirmation.
called listened to the msg a couple of times, ring tone a little odd! like I was calling abroad.
then I heard some one pick up the phone and try to dial out, when they heard me they put the phone down very odd!
I emailed for the confirmation and delivery date.
Adam called back and said the sale was a mistake they would return my money in a couple of days. He was aware of my call and said the person who answered the phone and put it down on me was the manager Ian Vidler
my advice is to avoid these people something is very wrong.

We ordered a cooker with a lead time of 2-4 weeks. After numerous delays taking it to over 6 weeks we lost patience and asked for a refund. Which they gave with no issues. We thought we’d give them another chance and so ordered a kitchen extractor. Same scenario. Makes me wonder how they are still doing business. No offer of compensation for the considerable inconvenience caused. Won’t be using for a 3rd time.
Great service
I was a little concerned when I read the reviews on Trustpilot on this Company. However, I purchased a Dishwasher from them online, I had input an incorrect email address, and did not receive a confirmation of the order. I phoned them, and it was resolved straight away, the Dishwasher was sent out that day for delivery and was delivered in days ( With the Easter weekend in the way). Could not fault this Company and I am baffled at the bad reviews that they have been receiving.

I had read some of the negative reviews and all I can say is my experience was faultless. A great price, the product had a 12-14 week delay but arrived in under 4 weeks. Their customer service team kept me updated throughout the whole process. Could not have been a better, smoother experience. Faultless

Pro: New induction hob, price good, item arrived in good order.
Con: Ordered as "next day delivery" as was needed urgently to replace broken unit, only company offering such. Turns out while I can book next day delivery, they cant honour it as its not in stock and arrived a week later. Then we have one of those amazing couriers who think that 6am on a Saturday is an acceptable delivery slot, first phone calls at 05.39? Whole family woken up by hammering on the door just after 06:10. G r e a t.

I bought an AEG Induction cooker from them because it was the cheapest than anywhere else. I knew Knees wasn't a superstore business, so I wasn't sure what to expect other than I knew I may not get next-day delivery like some of the bigger stores. It was delivered about ten days later. I was able to use my microwave combi oven and single induction hob; it tied us through well. Because of the bad reviews here (which I found after buying), I got nervous, so I called Knees about three times during my waiting period. I found them helpful with all my questions. My cooker arrived; they used 3rd-party delivery but was good. My cooker is in perfect condition, and I'm super pleased with it. I give them 4-stars only because the waiting period isn't mentioned on their website, and their email after payment is very basic, something like, "ty for your order, we will let you know when it's in our warehouse and the delivery date". I will use them again if what I want is cheaper than anywhere else.

I purchased a metal wall art and didn’t get chance to open it as my dad was taken into hospital with an hour to live so I just didn’t get around to decorating as it was no longer a priority to me but yes it was I believe 60 days from purchase when I did get around to hanging it as it was still sealed in the box I didn’t expect it to come damaged and bent. So I explained and was willing to show the hospital paperwork but no compassion what’s so ever I do hope nothing like that happens to there staff it wasn’t like I had removed it from all the packaging but they didn’t want to know. Customer service is appalling not even letting me to prove it to them they could see it was still in the box. I was going to report to trading standards but I thought why bother the money is more important to them it says it all. I understand returns policy but this was out of my hands I didn’t know this was going to happen 30 days past returns date that’s all it was.
don’t buy anything from this company who want help or compassion. It’s just money to them and a sale
After reading the reviews on here it wouldn’t shock me if these items are grade A/B returns and not new maybe this company should be investigated for what they are selling

Would not honour a sales promotion.
They would not honour a sales promotion price saying it was ‘an obvious error’. I don’t see why I should suffer because someone else has made a mistake. It wasn’t as if they were offering a cooker for £1 or some silly price. Anyway they lost a sale and a customer.
Good until there’s an issue
Got a good price online and received good communication initially about when the extractor hood would be delivered. Unfortunately when I needed to return and exchange the item communication was frustrating e.g inaccurate confirmation of replacement being in warehouse and delivery times. Customer Service Manager was passive aggressive in communications and I received no apology for delays or wrong delivery dates. The item I received was of good quality but just a frustrating overall customer experience.

Knees Electrical phoned me shortly after I placed my order online. They advised that they had contacted the manufacturer to check it was in stock and advised they would email me to advise delivery. I was kept informed throughout and the goods arrived as promised within the timescale. Super to deal with.

I want to say that I found Knees had the best online price for the Bosch venting hob I bought recently. They followed up my order with a confirmation phone call, then called me to inform me when they would deliver. The delivery was prompt and faultless. Nice to place an order with a local business.
This company cannot do online business
Expecting a scheduled delivery between 8-11am. Booked a day off work to receive the goods. Had to uninstall my appliance the night before for their collection. The item didn’t arrive at all and it was only for me to call to ask an unrelated question on packaging that they informed me there’d be no delivery because the drivers said the van was too small. I’ve now got wasted perishables that will have to be thrown out plus cost to take a day off work that I can’t get back. This company is inept.
