Very bad experience with this company, I don’t recommend to anyone. It was stated online that the product is available so I bought it and they took money from my account, the next day they called and said it’s going to be a week later as the product is not available and again one week after they said there is nothing in stock and it’s going to be one more week and again not delivered when we called they didn’t have clue when it’s going to be available so I asked for my money back. So not a reliable company to buy from.

Over 6 months waiting for the item to be delivered, then sent to the wrong address, appalling level of service when contacted, will not collect and re-deliver so certainly would not recommend them as a supplier.
Perfect experience
We ordered an AEG cooker online. I followed it up with a call to make sure it was in stock. They confirmed it should be with them in 5 days and would ring me when it arrived. Sure enough they did. I collected it from Trowbridge as arranged. All ready for me, guys at the warehouse were very friendly and helpful. Perfect.
Saved me several £100 pounds over the usual suppliers as well! Would certainly use them again.

Oh goodness. How can a company survive this wrong with this level of haplessness! As others have mentioned, the stock levels and vagueness of delivery times are not up to industry standards for this day and age. Also, their distributor is absolutely diabolical, and I think they know this. SGK distribution. Knees originally forgot to include the collection of my old appliance in the order with SGK, so they refused to take it away. Knees then put the order in. SGK didn’t come. I contacted SGK, and they said I needed to contact Knees AGAIN. Finally, SGK gave me a new date - today, almost 3 weeks since the new appliance was delivered. All looked promising. I was booked in for this morning 7-10am. They called around 7.30 to say they were 25 mins away. Very good. They arrived, rang the bell…….. and announced they would not be picking up today as there is ‘no room on the van’. That I would have to call the company and sort it out because ‘no one listens to them’. How are you a distribution company that can’t even get the BASIC logistics right?! And why would Knees tarnish their reputation by being involved with such a company. Ridiculous. Yet to find out when old machine will actually be collected.
Terrible shipping experience
Great price but no detail on shipping time. If I look at the website for delivery info, nothing but fluff and no general estimation times. I had to phone them to ask for shipping times. The calls person got defensive. He told me maybe this week or maybe next week's I mean how can you operate like that. It's industry standard to state shipping procedure, times and shipping partners. They really don't get customer service online.

Ordered the appliance, was told it would be 1–2 weeks delivery no problem as the Kitchen wasn't ready yet. Email to say it was in, and they were arranging delivery, then received an email and text to say a 3-hour slot for delivery which was on time and the courier was very efficient with no problems. The timescale from ordering to delivery was 12 days

When my husband said he'd ordered the Bosch washing machine I'd chosen for £120 cheaper than John Lewis I was suspicious enough to google the reviews for the company. Looking at this page of reviews I immediately panicked that we'd be conned out of over £1k. However, I cannot fault Knees Electrical at all. They called the same day of ordering to advise delivery would be 2-3 weeks and ask if that was acceptable. They called back again within the week to arrange a suitable delivery day, but couldn't advise a time. On the day my husband called them and he was given an approximate time and the delivery people called him to let them know they were half an hour away. All within a week - not 2-3wks. Brilliant washing machine, well packaged, fantastic spec, cheapest price. I can only sing praises after being initially pessimistic when browsing this page.

Bought Miele washing m/c from Knee's, saw reviews & thought trouble ahead. It says on their site, "in stock". Got an e mail saying in stock with there supplier & had to be delivered to them, then they would ship to me, obviously not what i had in mind as needed m/c. It arrived after 8 days, longer than most suppliers. Their carriers were excellent. Not bad but if you need a machine in couple of days, go to AO, Curry's etc.
Customer service is suburb
We have recently bought our first flat and purchased a table from Knee's. The site and stock is as expected from a home business. However, what sets Knees apart is the customer service. You really feel like you are dealing with a family business who cares about each customer it gets. You receive plenty of appropriate updates and exchanges are dealt with efficiently and without fuss. We have received great service from Lorraine (Customer Service Manager)

Someone called to let me know that the mirror would be 1-2 weeks maximum and checked if I was happy to wait - very courteous. The mirror arrived much earlier than expected and is beautiful. The exact same one on another website is double the price. Don’t let the reviews put you off. Thank you, very happy 😊

I have spent the last 1hr and 15 mins on hold to Knees customer line. It keeps telling me that my call should be answered within 1minute. I ordered a Miele washing machine on 2nd November and was told that it would be delivered within a week. I paid £1600+ for this machine. My old machine has broken. I was then told today that the machine will not be delivered until December 1st. I am

Ordered a Hoover Fridge/Freezer for our planned new kitchen. Once delivered we gave our nearly new Samsung to our daughter and loaded our new Hoover. It didn’t work and destroyed all of the food in it. We contacted Knees who said Hoover had no replacements available but offered a CAD as a replacement. They would order this replacement, deliver it and collect the Hoover. The following week I contacted Knees who said that they had missed their delivery slot with CDA so it would be the following week. So we waited another 7 days with a fridge/freezer. Then the CDA was delivered but the transport refused to take back the Hoover. When our fitters unwrapped it there was damage on the fridge door. So I contacted Knees to tell that the Hoover had not been picked up and the CDA was damaged. This was on 3/11/22 and they said as it was ‘only cosmetic’ would we accept a damage allowance. I asked how much and would this affect the warranty as we didn’t know how this damage was cause. It’s now 3 days and no one has replied. So I have two appliances, one not working & one damaged and still not installed.
Amazingly Competitive
Ordered a Neff oven. Unlike a lot of reviewers on here, I had done my research & had already scoured the internet for a company that had what I wanted in stock at a reasonable price, but there were none to be found from the usual large suppliers to the small independents. I later found out the long delays (for Neff ovens at least) are down to the huge fire at 1 of the only 2 component factories in China.
The website did state it was subject to delivery times, but ordered anyway. I got a call almost immediately to advise there would be a 12-16wk delay, but if that was not acceptable they would happily process a refund.
I decided to continue with the order, as I knew this was the same situation everywhere. I was concerned it wouldn’t arrive for my kitchen refit, but actually it arrived a couple of weeks earlier than anticipated.
Personally, I feel they were one of THE most competitive providers out there (& I did a LOT of research!), they were completely on the ball with their customer service, as they had to deal with unprecedented delays common to all providers.
My only niggle that means they missed out on the elusive 5th star, is that given the long delays were a national problem it would not have done any harm to have been more open about this on their website & stated products were out of stock.

shocking - never again!
Bought a cooker at 10.50am (over £1k) received a call at 11.15am to say that they didn't have stock and it would a minimum of 6 weeks before they could deliver. I asked for a refund and told it would take 5 days to process. disgusting service 25 mins they had my order - web site is completely misrepresents to customers

I ordered a induction job. And oven the induction job arrived damaged so they replaced and then waited in 3 times on 3 different days for the delivery of the oven the company they use to deliver are rude and don’t handle your items with care as I witnessed as the first parcel wasn’t securely wrapped. In hindsight knees have tried to sort the problem but I wouldn’t order again due to the rudeness of the delivery company and then trying to sort out them to deliver my items

Picture showed a silver extractor but a white one arrived which would cost us £50 in exchange postage.
Also was not in stock, so long wait for misrepresented product.
Given the reviews below I’d suggest they don’t care.
Two stars was because the staff were polite and efficient in conveying the endless bad news. Otherwise one.
