After reading reviews I called ahead of my order to clarify stock I was told by Eleanor that stock was there and in the warehouse, I was told to place other on line I then called again spoke to Eleanor who confirmed all was well and delivery would be arranged, 4 hours later called again spoke to someone else who confirmed NO STOCK AVAILABLE !!!!! 4 weeks wait , Absolute disgrace of a company DO NOT USE !!!

Items available to order are not in stock
Tried to order a couple of items from here that showed as being "Available to order". Order was accepted, payment was taken and confirmation email was sent. Received a call the next day advising that the items are not in stock and asking how I would like to proceed. Advised that I'd like a refund, which I was told was fine over the phone, but have received no confirmation that this is being done via email. Item is still showing on the website as "Available to order". If products are not in stock, it would be better to make this clear to customers before taking payment

Amazing customer service from all the staff I’ve dealt with as the oven I ordered in September was going to be delayed until February 2021 then I got a phone call from Steven who managed to locate a supplier and the oven was delivered today! Cannot recommend this company and their very helpful staff enough! Definitely going to recommend to friends and family!

I bought a Neff oven from them and the customer service was amazing and pointed me in the right direction as I didn't really know what to buy to replace a dead oven! Delivery was on time and very helpful guys and friendly. The oven is perfect for us and so glad I used this company. They were also very competitively priced compared to buying online where I wouldn't have received the great advice.
