Hi James, So sorry for the delay in our response to your review. We are glad to hear that your advisor was helpful and we have raised the issue with the incompatibility of the course with the Mac with the developers at the Awarding Body. They have advised that in most cases there is a work around but there are a couple of specific Macs that just don't seem to like the course format. I am very happy to see that despite the issues, you did pass the exam with flying colours - so bravo to you for working through the difficulties! An absolute disgrace!

I paid £160 for membership before I realised that all of the classes cost extra. An honest mistake, I asked if it would be possible to get a refund. Originally, I was told that would be no problem until 2 months later, I had still not received this. I then phoned back up and they told me there would be a £36 "admin fee" for refunding me. An absolute disgrace!

We are disappointed to hear that you have been unsatisfied with our service. It was myself that you spoke with originally back in April. I called you straight after you made your booking as you had booked for the personal licence application service and I was calling to check that you already had the necessary qualification to enable us to assist you with your application. You advised that you did not have this qualification and I stated that I was happy to switch your booking over to the course and either refund the £17.20 difference or hold it as a credit against a future application should you wish for us to help you with that once you had sat and passed your assessment and held the correct qualification. You then let me know that you had changed your mind and wanted a full refund. I let you know that I would pass this to my finance department to authorise and that it was likely they would call you to confirm some further details. My system shows that finance did try to call you twice to discuss but were unable to speak with you, simply having to leave a voicemail asking for you to call us back. We, unfortunately, didn't hear from you and the matter was placed on hold awaiting your call back. When you did call us a couple of days ago, I re-raised your enquiry with the finance team and they did manage to speak with you. As a business, I am sure that you will appreciate that we incur costs through website bookings and associated banking fees for processing and then refunding your payment and removing your details from our system. We kept these to an absolute minimum for you. If you are still unhappy with the resolution, I would ask that you email me directly for a further discussion. My email is claire@knighttraining.co.uk.

Great course. Amazing communication.

Great course, great communication. Really convenient to fit in an online refresher course rather than attending a conventional classroom.
The course prepared me well for the 5 year scottish licensing refresher exam. I’d highly recommend this establishment for online learning and testing.
