I am writing this as a long-time customer of Knižarnica Anglia – I have been ordering books from you for over 10 years and have always had a good opinion of your service until now. Unfortunately, my last experience was extremely disappointing and unfair.

I have been waiting for my order for a month and a half now. Right from the beginning, you stated that there was a problem with the shipment, but despite this, no new books were sent immediately or an adequate solution was proposed. Instead, I was left waiting for weeks without clear information and no real action.

Finally, I decided to contact you myself to find out what was going on. To my surprise, the attitude of the employees was incorrect and disrespectful. During the conversation, you began to behave mockingly, and even when I tried to end the chat calmly several times, the communication continued in a nagging tone.

The most unacceptable thing in this case is that after a month and a half of waiting, my order was canceled without my consent. I consider this to be extremely unprofessional and unfair treatment of a loyal customer.

I sincerely regret that after so many years as your customer I have to write such a review, but I believe that such treatment should not be ignored. I hope you will pay attention to the way in which your long-standing customers are served, because such behavior leaves a very bad impression. I believe that Knižarnica Anglia should have long ago reconsidered its delivery method and replaced problematic deliveries with Royal Mail with a more reliable option. When a shipment is identified as problematic from the beginning, it is completely normal for a new one to be sent as soon as possible. Instead, the customer is left waiting for weeks and months without a solution, which only leads to dissatisfaction and loss of trust.

I also do not consider it normal for orders to be canceled without the customer's consent, especially after such a long wait. This is extremely unfair and unprofessional treatment.

Even more unpleasant was the fact that instead of looking for a solution and taking responsibility, excuses were constantly sought and the blame was shifted to the English companies and courier services. A proper business should first look for the problem in its own organization and service, and not justify itself with external factors to the customer.

After more than 10 years as your customer, I expected respect, understanding and adequate treatment, but instead I was left with the feeling of complete disrespect for my time and trust. I hope you will pay attention to these problems and improve the way your customers are served in the future.

It’s my third time ordering from their website and I definitely recommend them. No issues with any of my orders so far.
