Fantastic customer service and products; ordered various interchangeable swivel cords only to discover the next day that I had cross threaded not only one end of my old cord but also one of my needles too. Very successfully emailed (baring in mind it was a bank holiday weekend and this was Saturday morning) to add other items to my to my order. Got a reply at 8 p.m. Saturday night and all my queries were successfully and pleasantly answered. My order was wrapped in tissue paper and protected in a cardboard box. Cannot recommend this company enough. Many thanks for all your help and good old fashioned customer service
