Amazing service! I had a couple of ordering issues so I messaged on Facebook - the first time was on a Sunday evening so I didn't expect a reply until at least Monday, but I got an immediate response and problem solved. The second was on a Friday night when I knew the staff would be at Yarndale so again, didn't expect a response until Monday, but again got a reply straight away and problem solved the same evening! Won't be going anywhere else for my needles & accessories now! Fantastic company!

There isn't much detail to go into with the purchase of one pair of knitting needles but they did arrive quickly and in good condition.
