Exemplary Customer Service
Placed my order Thursday afternoon. It qualified for free postage and arrived Friday morning. Can't get any better than that. The products are all for sale at a fair price and the exemplary customer service. My go to online shop for Knitpro and it's always good to see them in person at yarn shows.

Great Price, Delivery & Customer Service
Ordered Knitpro Zing interchangable needles. They arrived quicker than expected and well packaged. Price was the lowest I could find anywhere, so extra brownie points.
There was a little hitch - website recognised my email as being registered to an account already (which it was), but it didn't recognise my password. Infact, my email didn't even accept mail from Knitpro. After a lot of tooing and froing, and with additional help from my ISP, we resolved the issue (which was at my end, not Knitpro's). During the process, despite my frustrations, Knitpro were patient and calm throughout. So in addition to great price and great delivery, I must add - great customer service.
This is the second time I have ordered from this company, and I would have no hesitation in doing so again.
