The correspondence is professional and always in-format either by email or phone call ! Is very rare for companies to have such strong corresponding ! Is refreshing to not have to always call and follow up

I can't recall the exact date we first got in touch with Ross. It was after channel 7 aired their segment on junk insurance and warranties and a family member told me about it. I sent online enquiries to a couple of places that evening. Ross called me the next day and introduced himself and gave me some background information about him, the company, the process, etc.
I told him I was very cautious, as it seemed to good to be true, that you could call an unknown company, give them your private information, and they could get you money. In this day with scams and technology it seemed very unlikely but Ross made me feel confident enough to proceed.
I went in with the expectation of not getting any money back. Ross was able to find a decent sum of money however most is currently already part of class actions which means the companies involved are already in legal negotiations from my understanding, and won't discuss it, so it's just a waiting game for those.
Surprisingly, a few months later Ross was able to negotiate some funds back which is awesome and came at a very much needed time.
The 20% fee would not begin to cover the amount of time he spent investigating and communicating with me and companies involved but that was the deal, and 20% of money I never would have gotten without him, was nothing.
Ross emailed me with weekly updates every Friday, even if there was nothing new to report, just a check in. This level of service is very much appreciated and let me know he was thinking of us.
We did have other companies respond to our online query, a few days after submitting them. There was no greeting, communication, introduction or anything, just an authority form to sign. Not even a hello.
Definitely recommend speaking to Ross, and go in expecting to get nothing just incase your money is tied up in class actions too, but he will work his hardest for you. It took a few months, I think we first engaged in July, and had money by November, he told us from the start that it wasn't a quick process so he set the expectations right away.
