Terrible customer service
Item arrived damaged and I was met by unsympathetic and blunt responses. Put me off completely
Then they expected me to return the item at my cost, without providing a return label.

We offer full refunds or replacements to any customer that isn't happy with their product - we even pay return postage.
However, customer expected a replacement to be sent without returning the damaged item.
We are sorry the item was damaged in transit, but we gave you our return address and heard nothing more from you until this review.
We assumed you washed the ink back off and required no further assistance.

Graded card case
Second time buying with Koda cards afer already having a toploader binder. Bought a Graded card slab case for my son. Very impressed with quality and sturdiness. I plan to fill it with boosters/singles/a plush and various merch to give to him as a build your own mystery box for Xmas. He's going to absolutely love it. Thanks Koda cards
