My order was advertised with “Free Shipping” and a “30-Day Risk Free / No Questions Asked” return policy. When I attempted to return a large rug within the return window, I was informed that I would need to personally pay return shipping costs close to $400 due to the size and weight of the item.
No prepaid return label or reasonable commercial-rate option was offered, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue. While returns may technically be allowed, the cost makes them impractical for consumers purchasing large items.
Buyers should be aware that the advertised return policy is not realistically usable for oversized or custom products.
