hfdepotsales no delivery

Was told by hfdepotsales that my purchase was delivered according to zyym. They responded with the below:
"Dear Valued Customer,
Thanks for contacting us.
We were informed by our courier service company that it had been delivered as well.
Would you please kindly contact your local post office to confirm the status first as we can hardly reach them immediately. We'll contact our courier service company （ZYYM）again at the same time."
There's no identification of postal company.
Sounds like a scam.
