I haven’t got my order or tracking number. This website bullshii and it’s a scam fasho it’s been 7 days

Ordered an item that ended up running very small. Attempted an exchange and to return the item with tracking (as requested) cost more than the product itself.

This page a scam.
The owner of the e-shop is fraud. I ordered shorts. After waiting a few weeks I sent a letter with a follow-up order and received a reply that the package had been sent. When I asked for more detailed information I first received some random text, and when I wrote again to get a refund, I received a random package tracking code and that they will not return the money.

I have been trying to order a black kettle I was told by Lisa Williford that it was 40$ which I paid then I was told I had to pay a processing fee which was another 30$ and she told me that the cops her words were involved now when I try to get intouch to pay the 30$ I can't get intouch as my messages can't be sent I think this is a scam site I am now the 40$ which is £34.52 as a pensioner I can't afford to be that much out of pocket BEWARE FOLKS AND DOT ORDER FROM THEM

I'm not able to put 0 star...so I'm forced to give 1 star but they don't even deserve it.
I received the item damaged, contacted several time and I received back just automatic answer and I never had the solution.
They are absolutely unprofessional!
Stay away from these people, they are less than 0!

I wish it was possible to give a negative number of stars because Everything Skull doesn't deserve even one.
I paid for an over-priced blouse back in May that has never arrived. It's now August.

I decided to try a new website against my better judgement because I really liked the dancing skulls hoodie that I saw. I bought the hoodie but what I received was a crewneck with a tag that said hoodie. After going back and forth with someone for over a week, I was essentially told, "you got what you ordered, sucks to be you" and that I wouldn't get a refund but if I paid for the likely exorbitant shipping I could return it on my own dime. Interesting when the website specifically says 100% satisfaction guaranteed or full refund. I don't have the patience go fight with this degree of incompetence and lack of character so I opted to try to warn others via posting reviews. If you value your money, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have purchased a couple of times on Everythingskull. I recently ordered two faux leather pants. One pair was defective. They responded quickly and said they would send another pair. After several weeks, I received the replacement pants. They are a perfect fit. Everythingskull were great at quick follow up and correcting the problem to my satisfaction. Would buy this product again and recommend them to others.

Ordered over 5 weeks ago. Was told 10 days ago it was on it's way to usps. Ask again same reply. Never again

Noticed all of the reviews are during this pandemic. Here is a true review! I have purchased may times over that last few years form them and found that they were very good at replying and keeping me informed. They also state on their website that product comes from everywhere. Better than many sites I have bought from. Go check out their Facebook page and you will see excellent 100% response!
Instead of complaining, try reading before you buy!

Dont order from them. You wont recieve your package, a return and customer service is rude.

Don't order from them - You will never receive your order in a reasonable time. I ordered some birthday presents for my bf, since he has a skull fetish, two weeks before we are supposed to leave on his birthday trip. However, getting anything from this company is like pulling teeth. They created tracking numbers but never sent the items. After sending email after email to them finally 1 item (a dress I got for myself) was shipped after the 3rd email complaining about the situation. They updated the status on the tracking numbers to "on the way" but when you go to the shipper's site (USPS), these packages were never received by the post office just the labels were created (which produces the tracking number). Since they don't have a phone number, I keep writing emails to which they respond the items have been shipped from China because they have different distributors. Their site didn't say those items were coming from China; otherwise, I would not have ordered them knowing how Customs works. I would've had an easier time receiving items from the UK. We leave in 2 days (Sunday) for his trip, still none of the other 3 items have shown up. When I complained about their definition of "Shipped" via email (since they only print out labels and say its been shipped), they claimed 1 other items will arrive at 8 pm Saturday night :/ and then they blocked me from email responses. I would like my money back but when I went through their website they don't do refunds or exchanges and charge restocking fees if items are sent back. Had I read this first, I would've known it was a scam site. They claim they mail out 97.66% of ordered products in 2 business days. But they didn't mail out my 1st item until 5 business days (7 actual days) later and later claimed that I would have 4 packages total. 2 of which are still "on their way" 10 business days (14 actual days) later. Which means, according to the USPS.com, as of one minute ago, still in "Pre-Shipment" as a status. Overall, poor customer service and the company lies about mailing your products and wont return your money. (and I'm not surprised their fb page doesn't allow you to review your experience with their company because I'm sure most of their customers have similar experiences.)
