I have used koh for several years and sweat it's the best product ever. I love it for stain removal, on my quartz worktop, gloss doors and mirrors and glass. Love love love it and always telling everyone on cleaning groups how fab it is.

The koh cleaner didn't live up to expectations .The mould did not come away and tiles grout still unclean in bathroom .Glass oven door, still didn't move any of the stains Mop is the only happy choice as it is great So will only use it on floors

Paid £98 for a starter kit mid January. The tracking made no sense and it wasn’t delivered. In the end I phoned Whstl myself who told me the parcel had been returned to sender.
I have emailed Koh asking for it to be sent again as I would love to try these products but I don’t get any helpful response. I am very disappointed.

Now it is Feb 10th and I have received my starter kit after hearing back from customer services with a sincere apology. I have to say so far I’ve only tried the universal cleaner in the spray bottle and I am
Very pleased with both. I look forward to trying all the other things in the box . My mirrors and shower screen has never looked so good.

I placed an order 2 months ago the money was taken out of my bank account and that’s the last I heard from Koh I have emailed several times and no response just an automated reply saying don’t contact us again…you’re in a queue… outrageous

What a marvellous product, from cleaning windows to getting stains off of clothes etc. I have now ordered my friend a starter pack. I can’t wait to hear her thoughts on this marvellous product.

Recommended by my daughter in law, I gave it a try. Loved the floor mop, no water to carry, no wet floor, cleaned everything.

Ease of buying on line and delivery
So disappointed when I saw it at aldi for half price, I did buy some from there, why wouldn't I at that price

I love this cleaner. I use it for most things around the home. The products came quickly with no issues.

I placed an order 21 days ago and still haven’t received it .
When I email customer help all I get is an automated email saying it’s in transit and I can track it however the tracking doesn't work.
There is no contact number to speak to someone so with the poor customer service I will not be using this company again and have lost £58 😡

Been thinking about trying Koh for a couple of years now and finally got a kit for the new year.
Been 3 weeks now and done massive deep cleans. First was the floors; I have wooden floating floors & tiles plus 2 boys in the house that like to walk through with greasy and dirty shoes, I hated doing the floors with a back breaking mop and bucket twice a week, with both being 2 rounds of mopping, 1 ammonia wash (for the grease) and then a natural detergent just to keep up.
Koh being free of all the chemical nastiness was my main goal while being able to get up grease and not break my back with the mop and spray in one; absolute godsend so easy to just fill and go and doesn't take anywhere as long to dry either, also got some grease stains on my laundry tiles up that I never even successfully got up with ammonia, amazed.
Also since done full ceiling to floor and was an absolute breeze to even do the walls and windows, the glass microfiber cloth was great for getting rid of film streaks.
Never have to scrub a oven or stove top again, spray it on leave it while I do the dishes and use my remaining water to wipe away, so easy and quicker to deep clean on a regular basis just about to buy more. Hope this helps someone else who is on the fence make the final leap, well worth it.

Cleaned burnt food and oil splatters from chrome shelving. I also used the black Koh scrub block, does not scratch metal shelves. Amazing results, did take extra time for stubborn baked on marks but well worth the effort. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer services. I placed an order on the 01/11/2023 which was late. On the 13/12/2023 I requested the order to be cancelled as I still didn't have it, but it got dispatched and was told they couldn't do anything their end on the 20/12/2023. They promised a refund back on the 21/12/2023 which still hasn't come through. Today ( 24/01/2024) claim this is because of an open paypal dispute, which has been closed on the 06/01/2024. They refuse to escalate the matter further. Two months later this has not been resolved.
It's a shame as the products were good. I will not be returning. Avoid at all costs with their terrible customer services.

Recently my much loved Koh spray mop started leaking after many years of use. I realised a part was missing upon contact with customer service to source the item (a small seal) I was advised they would post one out to me free of cost. Thank you so much. The best customer service I have experienced. Hoping to get another many years out of my now repaired mop. Thank you so much.

Have been using the spray and pads to clean my oven for a number of years now. Love the way you can get your arm in the oven without fear of getting burnt from the product. I think it’s great, chemical free and safe on skin.
Also use the floor cleaner , again very easy to use and effective.

I've been using Koh for home cleaning since 2019. I like how it is chemical-free and fragrance-free.
Recently my atomiser spray bottle has stopped working. It was purchased in March 2022, and I started using it in June 2022.

There is a page on their website guiding users how to rectify the problem but it didn't work for me. This must be a common issue for them to have such page on their site.

Upon bringing it up to their customer service, they said there is nothing they could do for me. I am happy to purchase a new bottle and asked if they could give me free-shipping. I've recently did a big restock and don't feel right I've to pay for postage for 1 bottle. But they said no.

I understand things do break down but after just 18months if use, I find it disappointing and certainly don't sit well with me to have to pay postage where I am willing to buy a new bottle.
