Crypto exchange scam

Lately I've been having trouble using this platform because the services it offers don't work well and it doesn't allow you to properly manage the funds you use on the platform.
In particular, I noticed that if you try to deposit Fiat funds or USDT or USDC tokens everything works normally, but if you try to withdraw or move the tokens to other exchanges, the platform does everything to hold the funds and not let them leave the platform with various problems that make the experience frustrating.
Furthermore, for each small operation or transaction you are forced to pay 10 USD fees each time (in other crypto exchange platforms, for example Binance, you only pay 1 USD fee or at most 2 USD fees). I have tried to ask the support team for help several times, but they never respond. This for me is a total scam.
Then I also discovered that Koinbay is part of the XERA Pro/Homnifi scam ecosystem and this for me is one more reason to stay away from this exchange platform.
