Koinly makes the reporting to the tax office very easy and straight forward. Choose your plan type, add your files from your exchange, and you get an automated report, every clear and easy to understand.

Not easy to navigate, re entering the interface after almost a year was a challenge to say the least.
It continued to hang or time out often.
Once you finally get in, you can navigate it easy enough.

Great tool - fees can be excessive for over 10,000 transactions, in my case over small crypto earnings which outweigh paying the fees.

The application does a lot of work to support recording and analyzing of the many transactions that I have done. The automated tax documents will also be very helpful at tax time.

I chose Koinly for its ux and committed significant time to uploading all my transactions. I was glad of my choice. After some learning, I found ways to handle (almost) all the odd cases. The chatbot was a huge help with that.

I had issues logging into the account. When I was in contact with their customer service team, Carl was extremely helpful. He even took the matter to their development team to further investigate why and they were able to resolve the problem and rectify.
