Never use Kokobet!

I deposited money, played some games, and have been trying to withdraw my money for over a month now, probably 10 to 15 times. Every single time the withdrawal gets cancelled because they claim I filled out incorrect information, even though it is exactly the same information I used to deposit money.

Customer support is also terrible. Half of the time I cannot even open a chat, and when I finally do, they do not help at all and just give useless, generic responses.

This has been extremely frustrating and honestly feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform.

A advise caution

Unfortunate I have to right another review. In addition to previous review. They tell they operate according there T and C but clause 4.5 they tell that they decide and notify the user on refunds within two days but don’t comply. Furthermore they now even close my live chats directly and ignore my emails. So they are fully ignoring me and if they are responding that they do or I have to contact via mail. You can assume they don’t and will never do.

One evening I logged in just to check something and ended up playing longer than planned. Deposited, switched between a few games, then paused. When I came back the next evening, everything was exactly where I left it. A couple of menus felt slightly slow, but nothing confusing.

Fraud and delay

In November, KoKoBet confirmed in writing that a total amount of €508 would be refunded to my bank account. Their email clearly stated that the processing time would be between 1 and 14 business days.

Now, more than 3 months later, the refund has still not been completed.

When I followed up, I was suddenly told that the process can take up to 6 months, which directly contradicts their earlier written confirmation and their stated refund timelines. This was never communicated at the time the refund was approved.

This feels like delay tactics. KoKoBet acknowledges the refund, confirms the amount, but keeps changing the timeline with no concrete action or transparency. Their payment and refund communication is inconsistent, and written agreements are not being respected.

Based on my experience, KoKoBet does not honor its own refund timelines and does not provide clear or reliable handling of user funds once an issue arises.

I strongly advise others to be very cautious and to carefully consider how this company treats its users when refunds are involved.

The casino replied on my review stating I received my funds back. THIS IS NOT THE CASE THEY ARE LYING.

Yesterday, I left a 3-star review where I mentioned that I really liked the RTP on your website — which alone deserves 5 stars — but I was unhappy with the withdrawal service, for which I gave 1 star. My first withdrawal arrived in just 12 minutes, but after my second deposit I had to wait almost a full day, which worried me.

I would now like to update my review to 5 stars. Today the money finally arrived, and the website is clearly not a scam as I feared yesterday. The withdrawal time is indeed very long — I’ve never experienced payouts taking more than 3–4 hours — but since the funds do arrive, it’s worth waiting in order to play with such good RTP.
