Stay away from here - withdrawals impossible

Very very bad! I’ve played many casino but this one is amazing in delaying withdrawals. AI chatbot is telling you every time withdrawal is in process it takes 48-72 hours. Can’t do a personal details verification they stay away from this as much as possible. They just want you to play more and more untill you cancel your withdrawal request. The WORST casino ever, cause you’re not able to delete your account or self exclude + log out button is hidden very very deep in account settings which means they want you to stay online 24/7

2 days later, email, to verify KYC. For some reason you can not get through the last verification step, saying you’ve uploaded to many wrong files, get in touch with us by email support@ - they just don’t you to check out and delay as much as possible

I deposited a total of €300,on Koko.bet and noticed multiple irregularities regarding their procedures and compliance. When I raised a formal complaint more than [8] days ago (via email), I received vague and repeated messages like “we are working on it”, but no real update, solution, or refund.

Now, they have stopped responding entirely.

Koko.bet claims to be licensed in Costa Rica, which offers no real protection for consumers. Their handling of this issue is completely unprofessional and potentially fraudulent. They failed to:
• Follow responsible gambling practices
• Provide clear verification or KYC procedures
• Resolve formal complaints within a reasonable time

I have already filed a complaint with my payment provider and am exploring legal options. I strongly advise others to stay away from this platform until they prove they can handle basic customer service and legal responsibilities.

Avoid this site if you care about safety, transparency, or your money.

7 days ago they promised me to come back to me ASAP. untill now still nothing!

No doubt about it... this is a scam. There goes my €500.

I deposited €500 with a 100% bonus offer that, according to the promotion, should be valid for 10 days. After playing for a while, I went to check the status of the bonus, only to find out that it apparently had to be wagered within 24 hours – completely different from what was originally stated.

Then I tried to withdraw my own deposited money (not the bonus), which was still showing as €500 in my account. The withdrawal was declined, and shortly after that, my bonus disappeared as well.

This feels like a total scam, and I will make sure the people behind this are held accountable. You can’t get away with misleading people like this.
