Never gamble Here, its 100% a scam

100% SCAM, NEVER GAMBLE HERE.

On January 28th I made a payment of 350 euros. After a lot of effort I got approval for this. However, I had to send a lot of documents, such as a pay slip, which is normally not necessary. Furthermore, I was told that they would transfer 350 euros to my account. Unfortunately, now almost 6 months later and 100 emails later I still haven't received my money. They also don't respond to my emails anymore.

Never gamble here!

Scam Casino - Refusing to Pay My Winnings, Will Update Only After Resolution



I am writing this as a warning to others about Koko.bet. After suffering heavy losses, I finally won €60,000, but now the nightmare starts. Instead of celebrating, they are doing everything possible to delay and block my payout.

They set ridiculous withdrawal limits:
• €5,000 per week
• €20,000 per month

Which means I would need to wait over 3 months to get my full winnings.
Even worse: my first €5,000 withdrawal has still not been processed after 3 days, despite their promised timelines. Their communication is beyond terrible—emails and chats are ignored or answered with generic, useless replies.

It is very clear they make up rules and excuses when players win big, while they happily take your money when you lose.

Unless they resolve this quickly and pay me what I rightfully won, this review will stay as a warning to others.
If Koko.bet finally pays out my money in full, I will update my review accordingly.

For now: this is a scam operation hiding behind a weak Curaçao license. Avoid at all costs.

Perfect experience

So far so good, got all the games and live games. Customer service is friendly and helpful.
Currently waiting on 1 withdrawal, if it comes through im putting this review on 5 stars.

Edit: Alright - so my first withdrawal got cancelled after 48 hours. After reaching out to the customer support they stated that it was on my bank's end and there was nothing they could do. I was pretty angry - thought I got scammed. Now, several days later they credited the money back to my casino account. This time I did a withdrawal with Mifinity and holy sh*t.... I received the funds within 2 minutes.

GREAT JOB!

Edit: Alright after doing another withdrawal - it can take up to 72 hours depending on their queue. So I give them 4 stars, still good though!

They offered me a refund and i haven‘t heard anything from them now for weeks.

My refund request was from January, now is May, thats nearly 4 months now.

No one needs 4 Months for a simple refund.

What is your department actually doing?

You can‘t give any explanation about this enormous delay because you probably aren‘t even working on it. Also you probably can‘t ask the relevant department/senior bank management for an update on this.

So i will give you one last chance till friday this week, otherwise i have to take this to court.

This should only take a few months then too via court.

And here it seems like nothing will happen for years…

Support, VIP department and personal manager all refuse to close my account. They keep asking me what´s wrong.

I asked like 8 times now to close my account and stop all communications but they just keep replying with questions.

Once you signup here you can never leave again so beware!!!

Also their sportsbook is a joke, only let you bet like $3 max on many soccer games.
