I am disgusted and disappointed, having ordered shoes from them in July 2025 I have yet to receive them. I have emailed on three separate occasions with one response stating delivery was delayed. By a year!!!!

If I could give a minus score I would. Your product is on its way.Sandals for summer last year, missed that target. Wonder if they will arrive for this summer, ha ha ha, more like 12th of never I think

I totally agree with other reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. The goods do not arrive. When contacted they apologise and offer a refund. This never arrives either.

I ordered orthopaedic shoes in August . The rubbish free gifts arrived . I emailed them asking for the product and they said sorry will be sent soon , nothing has arrived to date n I have send several emails. They ask to fill in a form for refund n upload a photo of the free gifts but the system does not allow you to upload any photos in whichever format . I wrote back n told them that I am old retired person with knee problems that is why I wanted the shoes but would like my money back but till to date after 3and half months have not heard or got my money back. This is definitely a scam but unfortunately the website still continues to exist n please please do not order from this website . It is fake

I ordered shoes months ago. I did receive one message apologising and promising I'd receive my order soon.
Now my messages are ignored and I've received nothing.
I'm very disappointed.

I totally agree with what others have already stated or alluded to. This company is a SCAM 🚫 I'm just very grateful to have eventually got my money back (£49) via my bank who took up my case. Ordered 2 pairs of sandals in a"sale" in August, never received them, just a cheap rubbish "free" gift not requested nor wanted. The same dialogue with ref: James who eventually ignores you having previously stated it was due to a delay in logistics, offered a refund then didn't action it! It's just a lie. Such a shame that you just cannot trust anyone these days. Stick with suppliers preferably in your own country with a PROVEN track record. Beware these unscrupulous people will appeal to your vulnerability...my "order" was for orthotic sandals.

I ordered a pair of shoes costing £40.00 back in the beginning of September. They offered a free gift with the order ( wasn't interested in the gift) but it arrived and was placed on my garden bench unpackaged ( strange ) but no shoes. I contacted them by email ( only way ) a few days after I received a email from someone called James,who stated he knew what had happened, my shoes had been misplaced ( strange again. He promised a new pair would be sent out to me. Two months later they've still not arrived. I've emailed again since ( twice ) but been ignored, this is a SCAM.

Exactly as others have stated.The scammers take your money and do not send the goods.You contact them and they say they were sent out late.a few weeks later, you contact them again.No goods, no refund, no reply.DO NOT EVER THINK OF BUYING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

The seller scammed me on two pairs of sandals. James was nice and friendly in his first email, had to email numerous times, but no reply. Ordered sandals in August, still no sign of them, had to get refund from bank.

This is a scam- do not order from Kolazi.
Ordered sandles in June'25. Multiple mails from James? 'sorry for delayed delivery' 'sorry again, shall we re-send shoes or do you want a refund'.
Refund requested, further mails 'sorry, its all in hand as had already been sent to bank' - no refund recieved, no longer replying with sorry e-mails.

If I coukd give zero i woukd, 7th aug placed order, did not receive, sent email response said problem with order delayed but they would keep eye on it, if I wanted a refund ro let them know, I have emailed 3 times but still no reply. It is now 17th October and they have had my £42 but no product received. Do not order from them.

Order no 1799 so explain this .you take the money 34.80
Still no sandlers .you say take review off it isn't you but I say different .
