Amazing shoes, became a fan when they released the first apple-shoes (APL's) but must admit that the new OCNS slip-ons are the ones that got me hooked.... the only truly sustainable sneaker out there.

I try to support brands that want to make a difference. The shoes are good and I hope they also last long enough. That I do not know yet.
Delivery was perfect!

Almost a month since I placed an order and since July 4th no changes in shipment tracking link. Three emails to Customer Service without any response. No shoes and summer is fading, no money refund.

First experience, no delivery in a week... Sneakers lost next BPost, Greet of Komrads proposed me another solution for my sneakers…

Disappointing Quality and Customer Service

I only could wear my pair less than 4 months. It seemed, that the right shoe had a production issue.
Altough I contacted the firm, they ever got in touch with me. There is no point of buying zero waste shoes, if they become waste in such a short time.

I have never heard of this company, never been to their website, but why is it that I am getting newsletters that I don't want and didn't ask for???

Got my first pair of KOMRADS wen they launched the APLS, love them but have to admit the OCNS are even better, ordered 3 different colors and they are AWESOME! Curious to try the new summer models.

Love my new sneakers! They are comfortable, sturdy and most importantly, good for people and planet! They arrived quickly and with a minimum of packaging - which was all recyclable.

When it is time for more sneakers, I will be back for more Komrads. Thank you!

still no shoe delivery, even after almost three months and several mails...

I have ordered a pair of socks which I received on time but was not a good fit so I sent it back (had to pay for the return). It has been more than 10 working days that the item is received by Komrads but no refund yet. I sent 3 emails already and no reply. There is no other way to contact them.

I sent my shoes back and asked for a voucher. I filled in the request form and sent 3 emails. I never got an email back and I still have no money or voucher back. On the 3 of may my shows arrived at Komrads (I got an confirmation by the postoffice). How is this possible?!

Everything went very smoothly. 3 days after placing the order I had the pleasure to receive it. The sneakers are really beautiful and comfortable! I'm really proud to be able to wear a Belgian/sustainable/ethical & eco responsible product. Thank you Komrads!

The shoes made a very annoying noise. After having a walk, my feet hurt like hell. The sole is too thin, I feel everything underneed it.
A lot money for uncomfortabel shoes.
Very sad I can´t choose for this product.

Shoes didn't arrive for a problem with the shipping. Komrads customer service haven't answer for 3 weeks. I contacted them on Instagram but also there no answer. I still haven't received my money back. This is almost a scam

Great shoes, comfortable and nice design. Upon receiving, I found that the shoes were too big in the size I normally wear. Very easily, however, I was able to return this pair and order a size smaller. These have now arrived and fit super. In addition, love the vision of the company!

Komrads is story of our future. Exemplary in their environmental innovation setting the bar very high in recyclability, rethinking of materials and social accountability WITHOUT compromising the quality of their products.

I was onboard Kickstarting their original APLs and honestly thought it to be too good to be true, but was willing to risk the pledge for the honourable initiative.

I just purchased my second pair of APLs and a pair of the new OCNS line - and I can honestly say both styles are among if not the best sneakers I’ve ever worn.

I’m NOT switching back:-)
