Awful Quality and Customer Service
The company’s ethics, and trainer designs are great.
However, manufacturing quality control, the handling of genuine complaints, and Customer Service are all dreadful! Be warned.
Having spent £100 on a pair of ICNS Partizan shoes, the eyelets on the Right shoe were significantly misaligned compared to the the Left shoe.
Initially, Komrads tried to pretend there wasn’t a problem despite me sending conclusive photographic evidence, and then failed to respond to my emails.
I asked for a replacement pair in exchange for the faulty pair, but heard nothing. I will now be returning these trainers for a full refund plus postage costs.
Having said that, when trying to access their Returns portal, it doesn't recognise my Order or Tracking numbers !!
This is simply awful service.

Forever shoes!
I love the shoes, especially the firm thick soles. They are stylish, comfortable and I love the care with which they are made. Vegan ,sustainability and care for workers are key values for me as well!

Great product
Great product. The Partizan shoes are comfortable and look great. Only 4 stars because I had to send reminder about sending them. They soon arrived after that though. I'll probably order more in a different colour.

No order confirmation - Buyer Beware
No order confirmation. No shipping information. No shoes. I placed an order with this company a few days ago and the payment went through successfully but I did not get an order confirmation with a number. I emailed and messaged in IG. No response but their social media team is still making posts. I just lost 90 euros here. BUYER BEWARE

Great shoes with a purpose and great service
Just received my new komrads. They fit perfectly - thanks to the advise on the site which shoe size to choose. Order arrived on time and I love the carton the shoes came in. Will keep that one.
