Konvey has become a daily tool of choice in our business to help with team huddles, OKR's, internal training documents and client management. We also just started using Konvey to request client reviews and testimonials, so it has become much more than just a screen recording tool.

Clear and simple UX, simple yet essential features and evening marketing tools like the CTA's, Email Opt-ins which super handy for lead gen.

Great tool and up there to compete as an alternative to Loom, BerryCast and Komodo.

KONVEY is super easy to use and it's great for a bunch of things. I used to do screen recording for training my team and it was a breeze. Also, it's awesome to make videos to make new connections, and video helps to build trust. You can even get video replies, which is pretty cool. It is very easy to learn. Perfect for anyone who wants to do stuff with videos but doesn't want to get stuck learning complicated software.

From a business standpoint, the software has been instrumental in documenting processes. This functionality is proving to be invaluable in facilitating the onboarding of new employees, contributing to the scalability of my business.

Moreover, I am pleased to observe the continuous improvements in the tool since my purchase. The introduction of a countdown timer is a notable enhancement that I find particularly useful.

I am genuinely impressed with this software, to the extent that I've made it a permanent fixture in my Chrome bookmarks. Previously, I relied on Loom for creating videos, followed by uploading them to private YouTube channels. However, the restrictive video limits on Loom posed a significant inconvenience. This software has effectively resolved that issue while removing the need for the additional step of uploading to YouTube.

Konvey is simple and easy to use. Our use case - simply to record videos for new customers - whether it i ssomone who has just made a purchase of someone on joining our facebook group.

We are finding personlised videos so much better at converting than our standard email flows. Konvey gives us basic analytcs but more than enough for us to understanding trends.

Simple to add CTAs to recorded videos as well - either at beginning, during or end.

The request video feature is what really sets Konvey apart. It allows you to request a video (testimonial, process documentation) from anyone via an emailable link. It is by far the simplest way to make this request and greatly increases the likelihood your request will be fulfilled.

Their support is prompt and helpful with all help requests I made.

Have used konvey for screen recording from my laptop for explainer videos.. Top notch quality. Also planning to use for video engagement in near future.. Chrome extension needs to be available with good stability but given teams support I believe it will be a norm..

So far, I've been able to test a few items out. I'm enjoying Konvey so far, and I'm planning to use this for client calls, trainings, and community videos. I can see this as a good replacement for my Loom videos for sure. I'm also hoping it can replace VideoAsk as I want to incorporate video engagement opportunities into my community.

I've just bouight the Konvey app and the experience has been good so far.
When I couldn't work out how to record my screen and camera in a browser, I sent a support ticket and they got back to me within the hour - impressive!
I will be using Konvey to record explainer videos, but I can see how this could work for affiliate videos.
Another interesting feature is how you can request video testimonials from clients making it easy for them to record / re-record and upload - and there will no doubt be other uses too as you can download the videos or embed a link on your website...

Awesome alternative to Loom if you're looking for one. The request for a video feature is great. Allows us to troubleshoot client problems without them having to download a separate software.

So far I’ve only used Konvey a couple of times, but I love it so far. Easy to use without an app, on phone and computer. Also great that you can ask for video reviews via link from customers. Only would love if they could use a teleprompter to make reviewing easier!

Company has written software that is very customer focused. It is easy to use and it is helping solidify our relationship with customers.

I've only been using this for a few days but so far so good. It's basically Loom, but better because you can send it to others and they can use it. Hoping that I'll continue to love it.

The quality of the collected video is very good, and the workflow is simple for your users, so really this is quite a seamless solution. Service delivery has been good so far.

The interface is very easy to use and the product just does what it says. There are a million uses, will I have enough time to find them all. Love the product.
