I recently bought this app and want to share my honest experience about it. The UI is very easy to use and the app delivers more than what it promised. Definitely my go to app for video messaging replacing Loom. Recommend it fully !

A service that saves time for interacting with clients, creating videos for clients and teams.

As a freelance web developer, I'm often in the loop with clients discussing site issues or feature requests. Konvey has revolutionized the way I collect feedback. It allows my clients to quickly capture and share their screen issues without any technical hurdles. Just recently, a client was able to show me a critical display bug in real-time, which I could address immediately, thanks to the direct link Konvey provided. The absence of software installation requirements means that I can request screen captures from anyone, anywhere, without any prep or hassle. This efficiency is invaluable for someone who needs to act fast and can't afford miscommunications. Konvey has not just saved me time; it has enhanced the quality of my services.

It makes communicating and interacting with your clients, vendors, AND friends & family so much more convenient.

How many times have you had an issue with another piece of software or a service you use and you have to go through an infinite amount of emails or chats explaining things (with screenshots, etc.). With Konvey, you avoid all of that back and forth. Just make a video of your issue and send it off. You'll even be notified when they read it! Awesomeness!

If I had to complain about anything, it was getting the custom domain feature activated. For some reason, I wasn't able to get the feature to take (despite watching the video and getting an email from Konvey on setting it up). I reached out to support (go figure, a Konvey video), but I haven't heard back yet. Admittedly, they had this Appsumo launch and I'm sure they've been overwhelmed with new customers, but I was hoping for a little more responsiveness, given I used their tool. That said, I'll cut them some slack as I'm confident I'll hear from them shortly to sort it out.

Bottomline, this is a great tool and the LTD on Appsumo is a bargain compared to the investment required with other solutions available on the market.
I'm very satisfied with the purchase and would encourage anyone to explore it further for their needs.

While they are a young company, their software works well and is a great alternative to what we are currently using.

Their roadmap also shows that they thoughtfully react to feedback and suggestions, which I like to see. There seem to be some very cool and useful features comings up.

I had a couple of questions, because I had a minor issue getting my Mic to work, but I got some clear instructions within 2 hours (It was Saturday), and I was up and running.

So my first impressions are favorable (1) Software does as described (2) Roadmap up to date with future functionality (3) Good support response time considering I was asking on Saturday afternoon.

Screen recordings are possible through quicktime player, but this plattform makes it so much easier and faster + you can use system audio, camera + screen, etc. Very nice UI where I can start recording my first video 5 seconds after activating my account. Just getting started but looks very promising!

Our company has been using Loom for some time. We were looking for a tool that we could also use to request video reviews. Konvey does both and at a price that is completely within budget.

I can send a recorded video and I can request the other party to record themselves and send it to me.

I've been looking for an alternative for Loom and Konvey was the best replacement. Loom had a lot of bells and whistle but I didn't need most of them. As a manager, I just need a simple solid tool that will help in back and forth video conversations when I'm troubleshooting an issue or communicating with a client.

Konvey is a great video messaging solution, especially when you try to keep fixed costs as low as possible.
It provides great features, has a clean user interface and the value for money is really good.
With current pricing, Konvey is a great and cost-effective alternative to leading video messaging solutions.

Konvey has a few flaws, but of all the similar apps I've tried, I find it the most polished. For example, some of them don't even work to record. There's also a clear administration with the ability to generate a request and record video from your clients. On the other hand, what we miss very much is the display of the total time of the video while it is playing and maybe also the possibility of creating folders.

Konvey needs some more time to be a full-fledged application, but it is already functional.

I like the platform a lot and I think it is going to get even better in the future since the team is very committed to their customers. It is very easy to record your screen and share it, no other platform I know does that that easily.

I purchased Konvey to give quick tech tutorials to my team, and to embed/link personalized videos in emails to our membership.

So far, I’m loving Konvey as the tech tutorial platform. My team asks for help, I film a quick screen + webcam video demonstrating what to do, and then send the link to them via email. They LOVE it. And I do too! Way easier than answering the same question again and again in other ways.

I haven’t played around with embedding or linking videos in emails to the membership yet, but I’m pretty confident those will be well-received too!

I purchased Konvey a few days ago for screen recording for my clients. The registration was easy, the handling of the online dashboard is clear and understandable. The quality of the videos is good, the links are easy to create and share. I am happy about this deal Thank you for this!

A tool that’s remarkably straightforward to use.

As a long-term Loom user, I’ve been on the hunt for a more adaptable alternative for quite some time. The crew behind Konvey appears to be highly responsive and mindful of customer feedback, which is notably commendable.

Highlights:

- User-friendly learning curve
- Capability to forward recording links to our customer service (a unique feature I’ve not encountered elsewhere)
- Customisable brand identity and incorporation of our distinct URL
- Areas that could use enhancement:

- Video analytics, specifically in terms of view count and click-through rate on outbound links.
- CTA refinement. Personally, I struggle with altering the size and positioning (centre, top right, bottom right, etc). I’d also prefer the option to keep the button visible throughout the video (similar to Loom’s top-right placement) while reintroducing the CTA at the video’s conclusion.
- Video editing features and a countdown option before recording begins (to facilitate smoother video starts).
- The function to halt the video on any given tab. Currently, I’m required to switch back to the Konvey tab to stop it and can’t cut out that segment of the video, which isn’t ideal for the recipients of my videos.
- All in all, it’s an exciting tool with lots of potential, and I’m eager to see how it progresses!
