This software shows great promise. It still has some kinks to work out, but it's not a show stopper for me. The video quality could use some improvement, with occasional pixelation detracting from the viewing experience. However, this is likely just a temporary issue as the developers continue refining the product. With a bit more polish, this could become an excellent piece of software.

I initially tried Konvey on a whim, and I must say it's been one of the best decisions I've made. The platform is a fusion of sleek design and powerful features. With a click of a button, I can request User-Generated content from my clients. Plus, the fact that I can edit and annotate my videos means that my messages are always clear and concise. Truly a game-changer in today's remote working era.

Konvey is an excellent alternative to those who want to simplify setting up meetings with clients just to get that "facial connection". Or simply just to replace weekly summaries and update meetings with your team.

It allows you record videos of yourself + screen and compiles the video into a simple, sharable link. It's super easy to use, and you can replace the need for weekly meetings or long paragraphs of typing just with a simple video.

Customer support and attention to user feedback are great with this company. Their limits are more generous than the competition, and it looks like a very promising alternative to Loom.

What impressed me the most is how this software is very easy to use, with no installations or configurations required. As a consultant, this tool can record personalized video messages to communicate with customers and receive quick feedback, which is great to use for sales, customer support, or training. There are some improvements to this tool that the company is working to address such as providing a folder structure that can be more organized. Look forward to more improvement and this tool will be very close to Loom soon.

This is very easy to use, I love the new feature of recording both the screen and me. I think it’s going to help hugely with my business.

Konvey is closing in on the competition, standing just a 20% gap away from reaching the standards set by Loom. This sort of gap isn't surprising when supporting early stage startups on platforms like AppSumo. Nevertheless, I hold a strong belief that Konvey will become a long-term asset for my company, showing promise in bridging this gap.

Easy to use, the recording process is fast and smooth. The dashboard is very easy to use.

A great alternative to Loom !
Konvey is a great app : UX/UI is okay, easy and smooth navigation, video quality is very good and the AMAZING feature is the ability to send video submission request, to track/manage these requests and to track the submissions : excellent !
As of today, I'm still missing a way to get my recordings organized in folders, but I guess that should come soon.
I'm very happy with Konvey, a great and solid alternative to Loom.

I recently tried out Konvey, and I have to say, it made quite an impression on me. Konvey shows a lot of promise. Sharing videos with colleagues and clients and being able to request a video by sending down a request link so quickly and seamlessly is super awesome and makes your life much easier believe me! The interface is easy to understand and straightforward, and it does the job.

However, there are a few things that need some attention. Firstly, the video quality, When you watch the captured videos you will see the text will get a bit blurry during movements, (I know they are working on this to improve it) and the ability to delete the captured videos, all at once, instead of clicking on each one by one makes the functionality of the software much more seamless. Lastly, having the option to change the size, and the shape of the WebCam window on the screen and being able to blur text to hide the sensitive information would be great features to have.

Konvey has a lot to offer and I believe in Konvey's potential to be one of the top software out there. I definitely recommend this software. Make sure to support the developer.

After testing the tool for some days I´m quite happy that I bought it.

For me for example it will be a great addition for my ticket system as clients can now describe their problem in a video rather than sending screenshots.

Four things would be great features in the future which would make the tool an excellent alternative for Loom and Co:

1) Being able to only redirect a subdomain without redirecting a main domain - but support team is already checking if there is a solution for this - therefore already 5 tacos for support team :)

2) Change language on frontend or being able to translate it.

3) Use custom hex colors for branding.

4) Being able to blur some information. At the moment I´m using the blurweb.app extension but it would be great to see this functionality inside Konvey.

I have been using loom for a long time. I figured this wouldn’t be as good as loom but it definitely met my standards. It is just as good if not better.

There are a lot of things in the works for Konvey and it has the potential to be great it's really a no-brainer to grab It's been so useful to me and I can't wait to see what else they come up with. I no longer have to deal with loom and the fact that I can brand with a subdomain just makes it that much better

I’ve been a dedicated user of Loom for several years. It’s undeniably a great product, but affordability becomes an issue when expanding to a team setting. Recently, I decided to try out Konvey and was pleasantly surprised. Not only is it reasonably priced, but it also stands out as a premium product, offering screen sharing, microphone and webcam capabilities, impeccable recording, and a handy Chrome plugin.

Konvey is incredibly user-friendly, boasting a sleek and attractive user interface. My favorite feature is the ability to allow individuals outside of your organization to record videos without incurring additional costs, utilizing all the features included in your account. This proves to be invaluable when aiding a customer facing technical issues, allowing them to showcase the exact problem they are encountering, especially when we are unable to replicate it.

Konvey deserves more than a 5-star rating; I’d easily give it a 10!

I have been looking for a video feedback tool that I can count on to be reliable, to be branded towards me, and to make it easy to identify campaigns and submissions.

I have tried several services on AppSumo. One was an HR interviewing service. The last app I tried was ShoutOut, which I liked but was unhappy with the branding. The specialized tools ironically were also not the best fit, because there features made it feel like I was trying to put a round peg in a square hole for my use cases.

Konvey does exactly want I want: drop a response link in a place, let my users submit feedback over time with a service that is under my brand. The video quality is good, the video upload time has been phenomenally fast, and the UI is organized and easy to use.

Solid five star product here. The core features are well done, and it's flexible for many people's use cases. It's a great loom alternative, but it's also a really good feedback and testimonial collection tool, so if you have a use case that fits into those two ar

loom alternative + also planning it for training SOPs recording - that's my use case. I was planning to go for paid loom account from free account as free account only offers 25 vidoes and 5 minutes per video. Due to 5-min limit, I often felt rushed. With Konvey, I don't feel rushed anymore...

I still don't see the circle image and camera + screen share is not working but anyway I use it for screenshare mostly. I guess they are working on fixing these issues and also addinga circle image.

Plus, I've heard they will be adding custom background etc.

The only real issue I have at this point is unlike Loom it takes time to generate a video link - it's slow compared to loom which is superfast. I think working on these basics should be the #1 priority instead of trying to add features such as "custom background" - the basivs need to be tested, fixed and optimized before moving to the new features which is the #1 misrtake most SAAS businesses are doing right now.

But, I'm still positive that teh founder will listen to this feedback and work on it. It's still going to be a 5 star from my end simply because of the fact that it's a loom altrernative and I''m also looking for unlimited storage for recoding SOPs for my agency.
