I would like to give it a zero!! Don’t buy anything you will not receive a product this place is a scam!!!! Beware!!!

I placed my order to this website on March 26, 2020. I sent an email came back and havent receive my order. please give us our refund!

Never received item, they won't respond to email now web page cannot be found, I want item or refund

If I could give a 0 I would. Terrible company..I also wish that I had read the reviews before ordering.. I ordered an item on April 3, 2020 and have yet to receive it. You can’t even get a response from them when you email them. I have ordered from amazon 3 times since ordering from this company and receive all items promptly. Can’t wait to see if I get a refund or response....

Don't from this company.

I am reporting this company! I have not received my order, and when I email To: Rosh Bakir: kookyfinds, my email bounces back to me. I can't even check status of my purchase.

Waiting a month for something I still haven't recieved, I have reached out to them and they just keep saying it is coming it is coming, the tracking number they gave me DOESN'T EVEN WORK, don't order from this place If your expecting something to show up

They never send my order and refused to give a refund.

Ordered a hat on March 28, 2020 and still haven’t received it or any shipping information. Pathetic

They stole more than 100 dollars from me. The Corona related items never arrived. Total Scam.

This is the worst company ever. Do not order anything from them. The product never arrives! When you ask where it is they tell you it has been shipped but no tracking numbers etc. Don’t order from them unless you want to throw your money away.

Scam. Doesn't answer emails. Doesn't send tracking number. I made an error is ordering from them. Scam.

This company Kookyfinds or whatever they keep changing their name to every few months is a COMPLETE SCAM!! DO NOT Order from them. I never did any research before ordering. Same as everyone else except the fake positive reviews here...I ordered a massage gun and it has been over 90 days and 20 absurd broken English replies from a computer generated person (“Rosh Bakir”) and I never received it. They stole $55 from me. I am reporting them to my credit card company, Better Business Bureau, whoever will listen. I ordered a replacement gun on Amazon from Emaxusa and it arrived in 4 days. It is not really about the money but I want to protect others from also losing money and not giving these crooks any more money!!!

Terrible, I wish I read reviews before I ordered as well, I thought it was a Canadian company but it isn't. They aren't giving me a tracking number, I ordered on March 21 and haven't gotten anything yet and the replies are always the same don't worry it is coming, bullsh*t, this place should be shut down...

Wont return any money or give me answer

If I could give them a zero I would. My order was placed 1 February its now 4th April and it has still not arrived. I have chased it up multiple times and Rosh Bakir always gives the same answer... it will be shipped in 7-10days....They are dodgy. Don't order from this company.

I have places my order on 19 Feb 2020 and till now... my order has yet to arrive. Money deducted already and there was someone by the name Rosh Bakir but seems like a computer generated reply indicating my order will be shipped in 7 to 21 days. I really felt cheated and scam... DO NOT ORDER FROM KOOKYFINDS!!!!!!

Noooo - I should’ve read their ratings before I orders anything. I had no idea they had changed their name multiple times or that others never got their items. I ordered about two weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping notice. Their customer service email is yahoo.com which is extra sketchy. On top of that, they’re attempting to sell coronavirus masks that don’t do jack crap. I’ll also flag my bank for fraudulent e service activity and hopefully get my money back.

I ordered a Michael Jordan Away Ultimate Edition Wax Figure on 21DEC2019. On 3JAN2020 I went on ARRIVE app to track my order. I had no update. I noticed the name of the website had 3 different names (lily guru.com, roselify.com, hooklify.com) I emailed all asking for an update and never received an email back. I continued emailing until I noticed the name was changed yet again to finally Kookyfinds.com. So between 03Jan2020 until now I've been emailing Kookyfinds.com representative Rosh or Rovshan (whatever he wants to be called) getting the run around concerning my order and why I haven't received it yet. I've asked for a refund several times. The first time with was told he would report it as missing and either resend the same package or give me a refund. I responded saying I want a refund. He then responds back saying I can't have a refund due to the shipping being free. My order is on the way and once I receive it, to return it to receive my refund. Well needless to say its 28MAR2020 and I still haven't received what I paid for. 
On their website it says they're located in Florida. It shouldn't take this long to receive an order if they were legit. I've took it as a loss and do not want other people getting scammed. I will be contacting my bank to put a fraud alert on them.
