Great customer service
After working in service industry for over 13 years, it's hard to find people with genuine interest in customer needs, but the staff here was really helpful and patient towards me and hence I wanted to say well done and keep up the good work

Heston branch.
I have been coming this branch for nearly 8 years. The awful customer service I received made me feel like never go back again. As a business, i think you need to hire people those who understand customers needs not have an opinion about them. Today in the morning by accident I placed an order to Kingsbury branch thinking (Google will locate it nearest to me) i got the right one.
Unfortunately I was in Heston branch. When I was explaining this to a member of staff, the other member of who was at that moment serving another person keep interfering in the conversation. Which she said " you have to go back to collect your cake from kingsbury, we dont have it here" which i agree that I have made a mistake but I cant go to kingsbury at this time. She again said "that person is in trouble, I will call Mr Paul and tell him, how she took your order without an advance. We are not allowed" Before, I could say anything this particular staff telling me that how much its going to cost them to remove the icing and writing from the cake. And she keep insisting me to go to kingsbury and buy my cake.
By this time, I was pretty much flustered, and I reminded her to please pay attention to your customer who serving not me and the staff who is already dealing with me. But this staff was not having it. She called me rude. Which surely I was not! Until the staff was pressing all my buttons. The other lady was very helpful and apologetic on the behaviour of this staff. She handled the situation very well. Also was the Kingsbury
staff who spoke to me and regretted that it was a genuine mistake by me.
This cake was for my daughter who turn 13 today. She loves your cakes. Even though I had an eventful time at your shop I still bought a cake as well as few slices.
5* for cake but 1* for absolutely, disappointing and disgusting customer service. Sometimes its not the training issue. Like this say, "you cannot teach an old dog a new trick".
I will still going to shop, coz Iove the cakes. Hoping, someone learnt new tricks.

Ordered my wedding cake from here
Ordered my wedding cake from here. Went to pick it up and they completely changed the design. When I spoke to the manager they said the order form didnt say my design. However the paper copy in the bakery they showed me had it exactly as requested. They wouldn't give me a refund on any of the price but offered a £10 voucher to use in the future. Cake looked like an amateur made it and we paid a lot of money for an awful cake.
