Absolut scum. Wating for a month to receive the order. No replies on emails or phone calls. I have initiated charge back with my bank. Do not buy anything from them

Not the best quality, they claim it is not from aliexpres but the quality looks like that. Overpriced!

Visited website to inquire and buy rims, website clearly states that before purchase compatibilty must be verified by contacting the store. After contacting them an employee (MAGDALENA) kept sending the same sentence over and over: *** COMPATIBILITY AND LEGAL USE IS STRICTLY AT THE CUSTOMER´S RESPONSIBILITY *** which does not answer anything and verifies nothing compatibility vise. Extremely rude and unprofessional, I would rather buy another car than spend a single euro there.

We ordered a roof spoiler and Lauren & Klement logo's for our Skoda Karoq. Well and carefully packaged items which improve the appearance of our car and the spoiler fits excellent! A nice experience which is worth repeating. Thumbs up!

The delivery took over a week longer than promised. They sent the product with a very short expiration date, leaving me unable to use it in time. Customer service has not responded to emails even after nearly a month of waiting, despite resending the message. For these reasons, I cannot recommend them.

Great company with superb quality parts for your Skoda car and the customer service and shipping times for international orders is also top notch.

Orfered a small item it was very slow coming then they told me it was rejected by my local post office but they couldn't tell me the reason and I couldn't get any record of it in my local post office and after numerous emails they still could not give me a valid reason as to why it was rejected.i requested that they send me a replacement but this did not happen .when I enquired again they said they were reimbursing me which they did a day or two later but it was minus the shipping fee which I had paid and are not replying to any emails now they are nothing but a bunch of scammers and thieves.keep well away.

Ordered a new grille for my Skoda Octavia mk2 and a rubber mat for the boot.

Delivery was quick and I could recieve updates via the GLS courier website.

The order was wrapped up well and the products were of an extremely good quality.

Will definitely be ordering again.

While the materials were delivered safely packed and are of the promised quality, do not be fooled by any of their "easy installation!" notes.

For context, one of the items I bough was a set of decorative door sill covers, which of course mentioned "easy installation for everyone". While the manual references an installation tool for optimal positioning, this was not included in the kit, does not seem to be present anywhere on the website, and there's no mention in the product description that it is required if you want a job well done.

Not happy at all with their service, and I would avoid them altogether.

Ordered originals skoda floors mats for really good price (at first to good to be true) but i received it fairly quickly and really well packaged (even in a VW AG package !) no doubt they are legit. I'm in france and was delivered by GLS. Thanks.

I made quite a big order, just in time for a big discount they had going on at that time. Everything arrived in time in 2 separate packages, everything was wrapped safely and neat, exchanged a few e-mails with their support they were really helpful and friendly. Quality is as i expected it would be (good), will order again.

I had to send some items back and they were damaged during the shipment period. Kopacek made me responsible for the damage, although they failed to report the damages at the post office when receiving the package. I had insurance on this shipment which should have covered the damages, but just because they don't care much about proper communication, they never reported to the post office, kept giving me promises and excuses, and finally stopped replying to my emails. Never received a refund or an apology.

BEWARE! Purchased an item which was described as OEM quality which broke straight away due to poor quality, brittle plastic.
Asked to return the item and was told my claim was rejected as they had never received such a claim and that I must have installed it wrongly.
Absolute joke of customer service.

Ordered Sportline (gloss) black mirror caps, they sent metallic black mirror caps which did not match other sportline parts on the car. I complained pointing out that they did not provide the part as advertised, they replied stating that the part is clearly stated as Sportline black on the website, which was my point! Asked for a refund and they do not reply to my emails.

After several name and website changes, Elfi, s.r.o. / SUPERSKODA / KOPACEK.COM has strange billing principles and poor customer service.

Ordered, paid, got gls tracking number the next day. Package was delivered to Croatia 3 working days later

Ordered on a Friday night, Got an immediate acknowledgement and then a GLS email with tracking on the Monday. Received goods the following Friday, exactly as ordered. All genuine Skoda parts, and properly packaged. A perfect transaction. My only reservation was the unsecure connection on the website, but I didn't think that would be an issue, when paying with PayPal. Will definitely use again.
