Took my money but didn't deliver and wouldn't respond to me. Got a refund with credit card. Wouldn't use again.

Just received my items .over the moon with them, thank you. I would definitely recommend and do business with this company again 10 out of 10.

Don't touch them if in UK. Not a legitimate company. Scammers. Cancelled order due to crazy issues of additional costs due to no EU and they kept my up front delivery costs. Don't touch them.

Very poor customer service
Order parts for skoda superb fr £600.
They cancelled my order and blocked my account and refuse to refund . Its been 4/5 months and they steal my money as i transfer the money so bank cant refund me only they can refund me as they haven’t process the refund .
They keep sending me dodgy emails with bank letter saying i need to contact my bank to process refund.
I have got all emails and all proof but they are professional scammers.
Avoid them at all cost rather pay in ur own country and get the order .
Thats y they selling stuff cheap so customers order from them and they dnt post them and keep the money as its international payment most banks dnt or can’t recover your money so they cant do anything.

Ordered a spoiler for my Octavia gen 1. They had a global sale of 20% on all products. Spoiler went from €200 to €160, perfect timing to buy this for myself as a birthday present. I guess not...

Even though it showed product was in stock, I didn't get any status updates through email. So I asked them for an update after 5 days, no response. Another 4 days later I suddenly got an email from Paypal that I got the full price refunded with no additional reason. I mailed Kopacek again to ask if this was a mistake or further details, no response. Whereas normally they would reply on my emails pretty much the same day.

I checked the product page and noticed they increased the price from €200 to €250. The price has been at €200 for as long as I remember.. price changes can happen but you can't simply cancel my order without further details or any alternative suggestions.

They are simply ignoring me. Very unprofessional from a bigger company like this! I feel like I've been scammed big time. At this point I am not planning to do any further business with Superskoda / Kopacek.

Ordered a few items from then on September 2nd. While paying with PayPal, something went wrong and i had to pay them manually. After that i wrote them several letters about the situation and confirm if they got the money. I had no answer for them and nothing about shipping or anything. I opened a case in PayPal and they refunded the money, it was about 170 euros, but why i should give them money for nothing. I don't know that happened to them, i use to buy thing from them multiple times and had absolutely no issues. Never again i am going to buy from their store, nor should anyone else. When buying online, always use PayPal if that is possible, it will be easier to get back your money!!

I ordered parts for my 2012 Octavia II facelift. Paid, got GLS tracking code the next day. Package arrived to Croatia 3 working days later.

I placed an order with Kopacek and paid for it, then received a confirmation email from Kopacek. Later on I received an email from GLS providing me with a parcel number and stating that the said parcel would be delivered soon. A while later I contacted Kopacek to enquire about delivery of the parcel and I was told it had been delivered the day before.....it had not! A lady from Kopacek replied stating that she had in fact made a typing error, the order had been cancelled and was waiting a refund as the item was not in stock. I have still not received the refund and am very unhappy about the level of service have received from Kopacek. I will certainly not recommend them to anyone. They should not allow anyone to place and pay for an order stated to be in stock, only to be told much later that the item was not in stock. Very bad customer service.

Similar to another review, I ordered parts for my Skoda Superb - roughly 600 Euros. After I transferred the money, they advised that they weren't shipping to Australia so I asked to cancel and refund the order on 12/06/21. It's now 30/09/21 and I'm yet to see any sort of refund and they're now ignoring my emails. While I personally know some people in Aus have good experiences, this one has been appauling and they have just stolen my money.

Article available in the shop and then not available after payment. I never get my money back after the cancellation and I reported the case to PayPal!

I made an order 10/09 Friday, GLS received items the same day.
My package came to Danmark 15/09 Wednesday and I already received the same day. Was free delivery over 50 euro. 6 days together with weekends it's super.
All items packed really good, everything fits perfectly to my Octavia A7

Have been ordering from this store before, and I have never had any problems. So I made a new order the 29'th of august. Ordered items for over 600 euros to my new Skoda. Payed for the order and got a confirmation of the order by e-mail. The next morning, the 30'th of august, I got a new mail telling me the order was dispatched. I also got a trackingnumber so I could follow the shipment. Today the 2'nd of September I received the package in Sweden. All items were carefully wrapped and packed in a hard cardbore box, and all items were exactly as described and of very good quality. I have no complaints at all and are more than satisfied with both the service, the shipping time and the quality of the products. Will by from this shop again, without hesitation...Thank you!

Do not order from this store! I ordered four items from them. At first they did not ship anything. They said my adress was wrong, which it wasn't. After some mails with them they shipped the order, at least that is what they informed me. When I after one month got the package, two items was missing. First they (Magda) did not reply at all. After I reported it to PayPal they contacted me and wrote that if I did not close the paypal case, they would not send me the items. I made the order may 25. I got my money back from PayPal about July 20.

Do not order from them!

Ordered a few products for my Superb 2 and none arrived. At first they told me that one of the item was out of stock so I need to wait another week. After that week has passed, still no shipment and they stopped answering my e-mails completely! What a fraud! I was lucky that I have paid with PayPal and I could get my money back. AVOID THEM!

Took money, 3 weeks later still not sent. Aus "is not accepting packages" upon enquiring with them. Complete BS, poor communication, poor customer service, now awaiting refund after not getting my package size or weight to arrange my own shipping

Excellent product range, customer service and communication. Products (emblems/badges) were swiftly despatched to the UK and arrived well-packaged. A prior email query regarding parcel tracking was promptly responded to. My custom will return.

Placed and paid for an order to Australia.
Received a confirmation email/invoice, but nothing else for 2 months. Only upon inquiry (for which their response was within a couple of days - to their credit) did they say that they had sent an email notifying of delays of up to 3 months due to COVID and that unless/until I accepted these terms, they would not ship. Hence my order was in a frozen status. They failed to provide proof that this email was sent and from my records (and junk mail) there was no trace.
Regardless I accepted the terms, they confirmed, and I received the order about 1.5 months later (which is reasonable given the current climate). Note: no items shipped confirmation nor tracking, so if you decide to purchase from them this is a risk you will have to accept.
Beware when they say a product is "glossy piano black" it's actually a flat black plastic (not glossy) and you will need to touch up with gloss yourself.
All in all, I will order from them again given their range of parts and pricing, but I would recommend if you're based overseas to send them an email confirming that you're aware of potential delays and confirm acceptance of this.

I ordered multiple things for my skoda superb and payment was taken instantly. A month's termination, no products received and spent another month trying to get refunds. Because of Brexit they can no longer ship to the UK and fail to mention that anywhere. Stay away unless you are use to being dissapointed. Why is no-one doing this in the UK. An opportunity here for someone

Ordered the item (Golf MK7 footrest), but didn’t get any feedback on order/tracking etc, so as I’d been turned over a couple of times recently, I got concerned. My concern was unfounded, item received exactly as described. Would have no issues buying from them again....
