My face feels smoother and tighter . The wrinkles are less noticeable. The cream absorbs effectively and works while i sleep.

I order once to try and it did not work. They kept sending and refuse to accept returns.
I order once to try and it did not work for me. The company kept sending 2 tubes every month and claim that I subscribed. Which I have not subscribed. I asked to cancel my subscription and company keep sending me Koriderm cream after I asked to cancel. When I asked to return the product, company refused, motivating that refund applies only on first order. This is scam! Cream made my face very oily ( i am 69 years old female) and it did not absorbed quickly at all. I have big pores and it just blocked it. All it promised does not true. At least for me. But professional company should let people return the product back unused and unopened. Koriderm refused to do it and kept sending its product to me AFTER my asking to cancel!

The product itself is fantastic. Soothing, hydrating, and healing. The surprise subscription tactics is unfortunate because it makes buyers lose trust. I’d advise not forcing/bundling in subscriptions and just have a great product. Shipping was quick and was packaged well.

Poor customer service
On the website it clearly states that they will refund within 90 days if you’re unhappy with the product. Within one month, they sent the following shipment (Shame in me for not realizing it was a subscription). But I emailed to cancel and to refund the next product and their response is that of it’sa subscription they can’t refund or return the product when it hasn’t been opened yet. Very bad business model. I’m very neutral about the product, nothing special. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Smooth and Creamy Texture
It's so smooth and easy to apply and absorbs very quickly. I have been only using it for one month so I am hoping I will see some results of finer texture and smoothness soon. One thing that is a question is if this product has any clinical based evidence supporting its ingredients.

Pretty good skin cream
I purchased some anti aging skin cream from Koriderm in September, just a normal one off purchase.
Then in October they charged me again and emailed that my shipment was on it's way.
I replied the email straight away to say that there had been a mistake and ended up spending the day begging them to cancel and refund me, then left a scathing review.
(this is actually the kind, revised, edited version of my review 🤣)
I lodged a transaction dispute with my bank and they finally cancelled and refunded me {Thank you}
I would advise that you Google Koriderm before making a purchase.
At the very least check that you are not being quietly entered into an ongoing subscription, where they can access your account.
The skin cream is pretty good.

Koriderm is a scam
Koriderm is a scam. Within the 90 days cancellation option, I repeatedly notified them I wanted to return my unopened purchase and get a refund. Nothing. They wrote to keep the unwanted product or dispose of it but they will not honor their refund d policy.
They also enrolled me in a monthly subscription I did not request and charged me for merchandise I did not order. No refund.

I bought this product once and was automatically signed up for a subscription without realizing it. A month later, I was charged $88. I immediately requested a refund, but the company refused because of their cancellation policy. I never intended to subscribe!
