Terrific experience ended positively. No replies to emails. Tracking number linked to nowhere. Eventually, product arrived on time. Good enough, in usual depressing Chinese package, but undamaged.

Took a month to arrive, most certainly are not handmade, cheap glass, cheap box and appalling customer service

My order just arrived. The glasses are miniscule - like shot glasses, they didn't look that tiny online. When I ordered them the email said they'd be delivered within the next few days leading me to assume that they had stock in the UK. However, they took almost a month - having come from China. The reviews here on Trustpilot are dire, for a reason it would seem - wish I'd read them first. It also says they come in a wooden box which they don't. Some bubble wrap and a bit of polystyrene only - these are supposed to be gifts for Christmas and I'm so disappointed with them. I was hoping they'd make a very special gift but I'm kind of ashamed to give them now. Would not recommend, sorry!

Ordered a month ago. Still not arrived. Tracking not moved in two weeks. No response to emails. Totally unreliable and useless

The package box was broken. The box material is the cheapest possible kind of something-like-wood. Terrible! The glass is cheap, the same glass costs 3 times cheaper in Temu. Kori glasses are shameless, making money of cheap, if possible the cheapest products packed in disgusting boxes!

The glass arrived in bubble wrap and a cardboard box. Looks nothing like the photo. The advertised photo had frosted glass and looked unusual. This is just slightly beveled and smooth, no texture. No wooden box either. I’m ashamed to give this as a present but it took weeks to arrive so I have no option now.

Ordered some items over 2 weeks ago. Still haven’t been shipped. Emails being ignored. Contacted via Facebook, also being ignored. Left a negative comment on Facebook page which was deleted. They have time to take my money and deleted my comments, but no time to dispatch my item or respond to my emails. Will be contacting my bank as this is a total scam.

Of If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. I bought 4 Lori whiskey glasses for just under $160.00. They arrived yesterday.

Two things quickly were noted. They are cut crystal glass, they are cheap formed glass, but the most amazing thing was the size. These glasses hold exactly 1-tablespoon of liquid, one tablespoon folks. What a joke. So I contacted the company via email. And yes they will take them back…if I now ship them at my cost, to China, not the address they were supposedly shipped from, (I have now learned it’s a fake address in the states), but now I must ship to china at my cost. The cost, you might ask. $102.75 to ship to China. If I want insurance l, it will cost me $175.00 total. But it gets better. The email I received, offers me a 20% refund if I decide to forgo the shipping hassle.

I ordered on 23/11/25 and as of today 21/12/25, still have yet to receive them! The tracking link provided says theyve not even left china, and nit moved since 25/11/25. I have contacted them several times and just keep getting told that they are on the way and to be patient! I ordered as a christmas present, thinking there was plenty of time!

Would not reccomend this company to my worst enemy. Even 1 star is generous for this company. Total scam of a company. Items arrive looking incredibly cheep and not like the listing at all. 100% drop shipped and doesn’t come with a box as promised.

Customer service is a AI bot- good luck getting anything resolved. Will cost you at least £10 to send anything back or they’ll offer you 20% refund to not send it back. Will be reporting them to my bank but do yourself a favour and don’t touch them with a ten foot pole

The glass I received does not match the photos or description on the website. It is lightweight, thin, and has visible mold seams, which indicates mass production rather than handcrafted work. Very misleading presentation. Would not recommend.

Ordered 2 glasses 4/12/25. Arrived today 21/12/25. No impressed with service or glasses. Don't look quality and from China not Japan. Thought all came on box but in bubble wrap

I did not receive my goods,and have never received a refund, they completely ignored my emails.
I would not recommend this company, avoid at all costs.

It came wrapped on plastic bubble tube packing. Well protected. The glasses are beautiful. I didn't mentally compute how small they would be. The liquid reservoir is 1 teaspoon. I don't know who drinks anything in that small of an amount except cough syrup. But they are pretty. I will buy othwr glasses from them but be more mindful of computing the amount it will hold.good company. Custer service was very speedy and helpful whrn I thought I hadn't received the items. They responded very quickly.

If I could give this company No Stars I would- it’s all a glossy a website and BS! These are not handcrafted Japanese glasses they are poor quality made in China - they are not hand made I can see the seems in my Glasses- quality better at IKEA try to return them - good luck with that they make you send them recorded to China- and they also try to hit you for the original carriage charge so if you spend £140 like I did your likely to get £40 back- because they knew I was unsatisfied they sent a German trust pilot link! Honestly this is a huge con please be warned you will not be able to claim through your credit card company because they tick the boxes and cover there arses! I am furious utter crap!!!

So small they look like candle holders, don't know who would drink whiskey out of something so small, expensive and not even in a presentation box, shouldn't be allowed to trade, and took a while to be delivered

ordered on Dec 4th, still not arrived Dec 20th. I did email and was given a cursory reply, basically just wait. Too late I have looked at reviews. I will now attempt to cancel and deal through my credit card company.

I Waited so long for delivery, they arrived in bubble wrap and plastic. They are the poorest quality glass clearly from a mold. No label, nor engraving. I could’ve got better from the pound shop. I couldn’t gift them. No return label so They convinced me to accept a 20% return on cash or take a chance on an address in china with postal costs. I felt I’ve been expensively had !

Never again. I ordered back on December 2nd, and 20 days later I still have no idea when these items will arrive. What a rip off.
