I ordered a glass for a Christmas present , it did take some time, but i did order late.

The glass arrived well packaged and safe.

I did expect the weight of the glass itself to be a bit heavier.

My son liked it . so i guess all is well.

I paid 38 EUR for “whiskey glasses” from Kori Whiskey, only to later discover that the exact same item is sold on Temu for around 5 EUR. I compared them carefully — they are absolutely identical. Same shape, same size, same quality.

Kori Whiskey didn’t even bother to disguise this. The product arrived wrapped exactly like a Temu shipment, in cheap protective plastic, with no proper packaging, no branding, no effort whatsoever. It was obvious this was a dropshipped item.

The glasses themselves are a joke. The volume does not suit any drink at all — not whiskey, not water, nothing. By size, this is basically a candle holder, not a drinking glass.

When confronted, they refused to issue a refund.

This is clear, intentional customer deception — massively overpricing cheap mass-market products and presenting them as something premium. This business model relies entirely on misleading customers.

Avoid this store unless you want to overpay for Temu junk with zero accountability and zero customer service.

Items not received yet!! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift!! Very disappointed 😞☹️

On placing the order l almost immediately received an apology about delivery delays.
I am three weeks in and there is no sign of a shipment.
Email links have expired.
I am waiting for a reply to my email to customer services requesting a refund.
Tracking link for the shipment does not work.
I have received many more advertising emails but nothing linked to my order.
The goods may arrive yet. If they do I will update.
Edit. They arrived. The glass did not match the plate. The glass is very thick. They are very small. I am little and my nose bashes on the other side of the glass. No wooden box.
Upgrade to 2 stars because there is an item. It was well packaged. Not worth the price.

my order took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did I was shocked how terribly it was packaged, for what is ment to be a fancy glass(I deem these as an expensive set of 2 glasses!) it was packaged like it was from a jumble sale, in fact I think they would have done a better job. only bubble and foam wrap, i. am really surpised they made it in one piece..not even a cardboard box, I felt embarrassed to give it to my recipient a it was going to be a gift, for that reason I almost didn't bother, I would advise not buying if they are a gift for someone else as they don't look a considered purchase. there was no paper label on the glass identifying what they were or the brand, no fancy wooden box that you see in the pictures, not even a cardboard box. I feel I have been ripped off and would advise against purchasing. I won't be a repeat customer. order at your own risk.

Beautiful glasses well made and very attractive

Company is a scam. Ordered 2 glasses for $80 expecting handcrafted glasses from Japan. They were shipped from China and when they eventually arrived they were the lowest quality glasses that I’ve ever seen. Glass felt like plastic with false wood surround. Very disappointed with the extremely low quality and false advertising. Still no response from the business to try to arrange a return and refund. Avoid at all costs.

Ease of ordering -order tracking could be a bit more precise.
Shipping took a bit longer, likely due to the upcoming festive season.
Excellent secure packing.
Glasses are of good quality and aesthetic.

First, it took over 3 weeks to receive the glasses. Second, the tracking site was extremely confusing and filled with 3rd party ads. This was very frustrating as I had no idea when it would arrive. Finally after all of that, I was very disappointed with the quality of the glasses. The glass is very thin and resembles a cheaply made glass. There are seams at the bottom that add to the low quality appearance. For the cost, I expected a glass with substance that felt good in the hand. I have purchased many glasses from we'll known companies and their quality is superior.
I will not be using these and may just recycle them.

Easy to order, they took a few weeks to come but coming from Japan and Christmas is a busy time it is understandable the glasses arrived in time and are beautiful, so definitely worth the wait, I will definitely order again but will order well in advance and now i know they are a dependable company I will be more relaxed while I wait knowing they will turn up beautiful glasses

Scammers. Sell cheap moulded glasses as premium handcrafted Japanese glass. Going to my credit card company to get a refund. Avoid like the plague.

Glasses are really tiny, very disappointing. I believe they came from China.

£47 for 2 glasses Cheap rubbish at a rip off price.Loose packed with no presentation box and took ages to arrive.

Avoid Kori Whiskey at all costs. Absolute disgrace of a company.

I spent £80 over two months ago and never received a single thing. The parcel was sent with Evri (which already tells you how little they care), and unsurprisingly it was lost. Since then, Kori Whiskey have done absolutely nothing to resolve it.

Customer service is beyond useless. When they do reply — which can take weeks — the responses make no sense whatsoever, don’t address the issue, and feel like they were written by someone who didn’t even read my emails. Then it’s radio silence again. No follow-up. No accountability. No refund. No replacement. Just ignored.

Taking £80 from a customer and then hiding behind a courier you chose yourself is not bad luck — it’s gross incompetence. Once they had my money, they clearly stopped caring. This is not a premium brand; it’s a company happy to take your cash and leave you chasing ghosts.

If you’re thinking of buying from Kori Whiskey, don’t.

One of the worst online purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. £80 gone, months wasted, zero resolution. Utterly shameful.

This company is a scam. My husband found this site and asked me to get one for Christmas, which i did. The glass turned up, what a waste of money. Two very clear seams where the glass was joined, showed its clearly made in a mould - unlike their claims that its handmade. Don't bother ordering, its a rip off.

I ordered something on November 29 and it still is not here. Their customer service does not respond to you. They don't have a phone number and just an email no one answers.

The glasses are cheap junk from China and not handmade in Japan. They are overpriced.

I never received my item and the company does not respond to me so I opened up a dispute with my credit card.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Came well packaged - nice quality - bought as Christmas present & special birthday gift for new year .
