Think I’ve been scammed

Ordered hoodie on 7th November. Still not shipped by company - 16th November. Shipping cost was steep. Having now read the other reviews here, I am concerned I have been scammed and will never receive the order. Will be requesting a full refund via email but not holding out for any luck.

All around poor

It was slow to ship and is one of the most cheaply made shirts I've ever spent that much money on. The seam on the side split the second time that I wore it and the material is so cheap, I'm not even sure it's repairable.

Beware

Beware : Sweaters are not as advertised. Its just cheap print on polyester.

But I will give 2 stars and not 0 because the support team DID refund my order (except for the shipping costs) and therefore I thank them! However, the product is the most important part for a customer, it's what I paid for, and in that aspect it was really disapointing.

Poor quality clothing

Received my Men's Christmas Santa And Dinosaur Relief Embroidered Print Casual Hoodie, terrible quality material used, isn’t embroidered as it stated, it resembles the picture in the add slightly, it’s something I could have purchased on Temu for €7, I would avoid purchasing on this site,

Shipping delay was weeks, not days

I ordered a shirt for a vacation a few weeks before I was due to travel.

I got no updates on shipping, and had to cancel a week before, since I knew the delivery time would be long even after it shipped.

I cancelled my order, and it was respected (they did first suggest I could wait it out).

Order well in advance!

Scam seller and scam delivery company

On September 6, 2025, I ordered an artsy shirt from Korsina.com for my adult son's October 16 birthday. It never arrived and my requests for refund were ignored. Korsina used UniUni for deliver and they never delivered and ignored my follow up. These have behaved like scam sites and I recommend people not use either. There will likely be a response to my posting that they are looking into the situation, but nothing comes of it. AVOID!

Bait and Switch

The hoodie I received looks VAGUELY like their image online, but with obvious deficiencies in materials and workmanship. I’d be embarrassed to wear it. This was after shipping was nearly a month. I contacted them about a refund and their refund policy (which I had not read ahead of time) requires the customer to return the item at the customer’s expense, then trust they’ll actually refund the money, which seems unlikely. Knowing how unlikely it’ll be that anyone would do that (they even say as much), they offer a partial refund of 30%. They sell bait-and-switch junk then keep 70%. STAY AWAY.

Crap prints not knitted jumpers. Cheap material. Avoid at all costs

Utter crap. Bought what I thought was a knitted jumper what I got was a blurry printed crappy material thing that I wouldn't wash the car with. Utterly disgusting company with no ethics at all. Waiting to hear back from my email but doubt I will get anywhere.

The garments are very poorly made and…

The garments are very poorly made and don't resemble the pictures at all. They won't let you put anything other than a four star review on their site. This is cheap disposable trash at it's worst. The knitted jumpers are if fact printed sweatshirt material - and very thin at that.

Shipping was the worst part

Shipping took 4-6 weeks to arrive. There were virtually no updates during the process. When I inquired, I was given little to no information about a status update, just to keep waiting.
Shirts were very thin/flimsy material. Stains on the shirt when it arrived. I didn't even want to bother for a return, but I know I won't get to wear the shirts much before they wear out

STOP!

STOP!! walk away from this website. I purchased a number of items of clothing. When they arrived I was appalled at the quality. Retuning them proved impossible as they were shipped to UK from USA and cost would have been prohibitive. My advice to anyone is steer clear.

Awful!!

Awful!!! these are not the items shown online. these are not even cheap copies - but unbelievably bad. They also have an unrealistic return policy that appears intended to not have to process returns. Avoid at all costs. Protect yourself. Paypal do not cover or offer protections and will likely rule that it is an "expectations" or "low quality" matter rather than a "not as described" matter. The worst ever!

I ordered a shirt for my grandson as a birthday gift July 23, 2025. Today is Sept. 21, 2025 and I still have not received it. I tried to contact Korsina via their “customer support” and I was told that the item was delivered. They sent a photo of my front door taken by the delivery company, however, it was the WRONG ITEM! I contacted customer support again (via e mail) and was told that they would ship out the correct item. I was then sent an e mail indicating that my item was shipped. I still have not received the item two months later. Do not buy from this company. I think I’ve been scammed.

Fraudulent

Against our better judgment, we ordered a sweater of Thursday. By Saturday our credit union had a $75 fraudulent charge. Banking information had to get completely changed. Do not purchase their products.

Shipment is marked as "shipped". Tracking information is ambiguous. No relevant shipping information (shipping entity, expected date of arrival, current location). Further research shows it being shipped from China.

Total scam

Total scam. Never received product. Korsina claimed it was an issue with delivery company (UniUni) and that product was never returned. They offered 30% refund out of ‘generosity’ to fix delivery company error. I don’t know if UniUni is the scammer here and Korsina just won’t fix things or if Korsina & UniUni collaborate on scam. Either way, POOR service. Do not trust them!

Update to address reply. I did not reply to the email on Aug 8, because that email directed me to contact UniUni directly about the delivery issue. I contacted them several times via customer support on their website and by phone, which involved hours of waiting on hold. The result of all of this was that they would attempt re-delivery but the package would be returned after 30 days. When the 30 frustrating days of dealing with UniUni was over, I contacted Korsina about a refund. The response was
“We're sorry to hear that your package could not be delivered. Unfortunately, it was not returned to us and has been disposed of. We were also unable to receive this package.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused and understand that you requested a full refund.

However, so sorry that we could not refund you in full base on this situation, we would like to propose a fair solution for both parties:

1. A 30% refund of the purchase price (23.38USD) to your payment account.
2. A 50% coupon code (38USD) as a gesture of goodwill.
We hope this offer helps to compensate for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know which option works best for you.“
I asked if UniUni would be the delivery service if I took the coupon offer and was told that they would. I then accepted the 30% refund because that was the best option considering a lawsuit is not really feasible. The fact that I accepted the best of 2 poor options does not mean I was satisfied with the result. I am sorry if you interpreted my polite responses to your communication as an indication that I was satisfied. I will remember to be rude in any future communication, which is not very likely to occur since I do not plan to do business with Korsina ever again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a SCAM. Ordered shirts July 2. Today is September 16. They made it through all the customs nonsense and had a USPS label created supposedly on August 12. And then they stayed there. If anything was ever sent at all. Support was not helpful. Promised a refund that never arrived. I did get my money refunded with a charge back on my card. But avoid these clowns.
