Joined 4/2025 12k for BOT 10k into Brokerage Orca account. Oct 2025 they went dark and stole my 10k. No response from Korvato on a refund either. STAY AWAY!! SCAM!!

Its a scam! Don't use them, when it doesn't work there is no one calling back and no one to talk to about the 90 day money back guarentee!

I signed up with Korvato in December 2024, and to cut to the chase: they heavily overpromise and completely fail to deliver. The technology is weak, the executive leadership is nonexistent, and the customer-facing staff seem to be flailing for answers themselves. Save your money—I wouldn't invest another penny here after the losses I've sustained.

Scam stay away. Had 120 day refund policy. I never used software as I got scam notice from Charles Schwab so did not move funds. Tried cancelling after 30 days of signing up. They did not refund. I never used service after all the red flags. They won’t return emails and FBI is investigating them. U have been warned.

Anyone considering investing with this company should think twice. I lost over $200,000 in a matter of a few hours, despite being promised there was a 25% stop loss in place. This was back in July of 2025 when they were doing well. They continued to say they were going to do something for me but in the end I didn't even get my 20k license fee returned. They now have 1 foot on a banana peel and the other in bankruptcy, so they are trying to collect the up from fee from as many people as possible and then good luck.

Review of Korvato (now reportedly Blustar AI)
This company follows a troubling pattern: charging high upfront software fees, collecting profit, and then becoming unreachable. They appear to sell rebranded bots at a massive markup. Since my initial purchase in April, I have faced constant difficulties contacting their international customer service and significant technical hurdles getting the bots live.

Performance & Support Issues
Optimus Bot: Performed adequately for three months before failing significantly in July, triggering a 25% stop-loss for most users. Due to a failure to deactivate the bot, users suffered an additional 5% loss the following day.

Gold Bot: Despite marketing promises of 10–15% monthly gains, the bot has been a failure. It ended the year at a total loss.

Discrepancies: During a December 18 webinar, the company claimed the Gold bot gained 4.92% and Optimus gained 32%. These figures are demonstrably false; my Optimus bot ended the year with only a 2% total gain.

Broken Promises & Refund Refusals
I was promised a refund for the Gold bot in July and again in August, but these promises were never honored. Many others seeking refunds within the 90-day window have reported receiving only pushback or further misinformation. Furthermore, clients advised to use Orca Markets have lost their entire investments following an apparent "exit scam" by that broker.

Current Status (Update: 1/8/26)
As of January, the company’s infrastructure has effectively collapsed:

Mass Terminations: During the Christmas holiday, the company reportedly fired all account managers.

Communication Blackout: All company phone numbers have been deactivated. The only remaining channel for communication is email, which yields very limited responses.

Outsourced Support: All customer support is now handled by a single individual located overseas.

Scheduling Delays: If you attempt to book a support call via their scheduling link, the wait time is two weeks or longer.

Technical Failure: Both my Optimus and Gold bots are currently non-functional—issues I have been trying to resolve since November.

It is my belief that Korvato has rebranded as Blustar AI to distance themselves from these failures. Please exercise extreme caution. They have abandoned their clients and their professional obligations.

Korvato is a complete SCAM!!! Avoid them all together. I had a 90 day money back no question asked. Well less than 60 days into it and terrible results and the Orca disappeared with lot of people’s money, and Korvato recommend them. I have been trying to get my money back and haven’t heard crap out of them. Marty

I wanted to discontinue and get my refund back because their software lost me money. They gave me a 90 day guarenteed time and in 60 days I was at a negative Return. I have talked to them and they said I would receive my money back but i would take some time. Now they will not return any phone calls or reply to any emails. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!

A notification stating that there is a lobby waiting period to verify the wallets trustworthiness was displayed when my withdrawals were banned. When i attempted to reinvest in the their plans, the system indicated that i had chosen twice what i actually did, which resulted in a negative balance on my account. They refused to let me cancel and place a new order when i inquired about the problem. I like investing in an automated manner. I can invest my money on #plan2prosper without continually checking it. I've been abele to make many withdrawals and it has worked for me multiple times.

I am very concerned because of the lack of communication I’ve received from the retention department. This past summer I paid for an account knowing that it was gonna take a couple of months for my money to get moved over into an IRA. Once my money was moved I was instructed by the IRA department that I needed to open up an account specifically with IRA using IRA funds. I requested my money back for the first account and was told it was coming, but never received it. Due to the lack of communication I requested the money back for the IRA account as well and I have not received either one. I have sent several emails with very limited correspondence in return and also got an email from the retention department stating that it was now undeliverable. I never received any of their software and never received the $26,000 that I sent to them back. I believe legal action needs to be taken against them, and since I have not received any of my funds back, I will be looking into that. It’d be much easier if they just send me my money. Stay away from these guys. Slick presentation but under the hood it’s very risky and look at the performance realities. I signed up and decided to cancel after looking at the details and that you have to open overseas accounts with risks there as well. In the end, they agreed in writing to refund me, but never did and now I am fighting it out with them with the credit card company. I even have in writing an email from them telling me they would refund me but that it would take weeks or months because they have so many refunds to give! Scam company

I paid a significant amount using a credit Card last October 15, 2025. They onboarded me and recommended ORCA MARKET, but I never started trading. They all disappeared; no one is answering emails from any of the agents I've spoken to. I emailed their support team, and miraculously, they answered and said they are taking my refund request seriously. I reported them to my Credit card and started a dispute. That ORCA broker is a complete scam. They were also dumb - last November 2025. They mass-emailed everyone they managed to scam; it was like a promotion to get more money from them. The entire mass email became like a blog. Everyone started complaining and discussing their bad experiences. People suggested reporting to the FBI, and many did, including me. My case funds recovery effort is still ongoing to date, Jan 26, 2026, with both Korvato and ORCA Market, the broker - ALL SCAMS

I’m a freelance writer, so my income moves around. I wanted something steady on the side. It’s been averaging around 3–5% per month, just like explained. I don’t stare at it. I let it do its thing.

I wish I could give this company 15 red stars if they’d even allow it because my experience has been incredibly frustrating. In my case, they temporarily blocked my account twice when I tried to check my investment progress. After the first block, I contacted support and was told to try opening the app the next day, which worked. The same issue happened a second time, and it left me feeling uneasy.
I decided to withdraw my investment, I was blocked again and couldn’t access my account at all. I reached out to support for an explanation, but I didn’t receive a response for weeks. I eventually took legal action, filed a lawsuit and get my money released from captive.

A FULL SCAM! Korvato advised me to utilise Orca Markets as a broking account in October 2025, and I made a deposit. Orca vanished and took my $! Since they have no answers, they are most likely complicit.

While many platforms aim to gain your trust, #CoventrySecurities# truly earns it. The website is dependable, user-friendly, and respectful of traders.

I have been a client of Korvato AI sense Nov 2025 and started a demo account. $100,000 and it only made $1000 in 3 months. It will take me 5 years to make back my initial investment at this rate. This is a 1% return rate so far.

Korvato is a total scam. The Optimus bot is actually a good product but the price is way to high to invest in an overseas forex platform. It’s way too risky. Also if you request a refund, they block your calls and stop responding to emails. If you’re thinking about it, stop, don’t do it!

I reached out to Diego for help with my bot because I couldn’t figure something out on my own. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He really knows what he’s doing and explained everything in a simple way. He was also great to work with and made it stress-free. You can tell he has a lot of experience and truly wants to help. I really hope he stays with Korvato for a long time. Great support like this makes a big difference.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐❌ SCAM – $5,000 Taken, Nothing Delivered, Refund Delayed

I paid $5,000 to Korvato for an AI trading bot/service in October, and nothing was ever delivered.

After taking my money, they kept delaying, changing agents, and giving excuses. Every time I followed up, I was pushed to a new person who had no idea what was going on. No clear answers, no timeline, no accountability.

When it became obvious that the product would never be delivered, I requested a refund. Instead of refunding my money, they started the same delaying tactics again—more excuses, more agent changes, and complete silence afterward.

To this day:

I never received the AI bot

I never received a refund
They continue to stall and avoid responsibility

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any online company. Taking payment, failing to deliver the service, and then delaying refunds is unacceptable and dishonest.

⚠️ Warning to others:
Do not trust this company with your money. Based on my experience, this feels like a bait-and-delay operation, and I regret ever dealing with them.
