I couldn't believe what happened to me on here. I was a novice trader with high hope of making some gains. Now I have incur some losses over these past months.

After getting started with #CovSecurities. Could tell the difference as it was a better story to tell now.

Big shout out to the tech team for building something great. I have their PAMM account, and it’s the easiest auto trading I’ve ever used. Everything runs smooth, and I don’t have to stress about it every day. I’ve learned it’s better not to check it all the time. It really works best when you stay patient and let it do its thing. USA Clients beware!!!!
For US clients, Korvato uses non US Regulated Broker's for the Martingale Trading Algo. The Algo makes buy and sell trades at the same time (Hedging), which is not allowed in the US Regulations. To make matters worst, I have lost 100% of my account by dealing with their suggested FX brokerage, Orca Markets. All of them are criminals and I have lost the cost of the service along with the principal invested through Orca.

BEWARE!

Korvato is a straight up scam. Their story sounds enticing, but the old rule if it sounds too good to be true it probably is certainly applies in this case. They scammed me out of a big chunk of my retirement money.

I spoke to Korvato COO Peter (Pedro) Morillo (Thursday November 6th) who personally assured me that my refund was in process.

Today is Wednesday January 14th and Korvato has issued NO REFUND and stopped responding to my phone calls and emails some time ago.

I was one of the original customers of Korvato and have been consistently profitable. Over time, I’ve learned how this bot behaves in different market conditions and have dialed in its settings effectively.

I run the bot with a 2% stop loss, which allows for quick exits during sharp volatility. What makes this viable is the bot’s historically low drawdowns. In fact, it only hit the 2% stop loss three times in 2025. When it did, drawdowns accelerated rapidly toward 50%, which is precisely why a tight stop-loss strategy works to preserve capital and remain profitable.

Historically, the bot had never exceeded an 11% drawdown, so a 25% stop loss once seemed reasonable. However, 2025 brought unprecedented volatility, and nearly everyone using a 25% stop loss was stopped out. At the time, I increased my stop loss to 50% to avoid forced closures. While that worked, it was extremely stressful. In hindsight, maintaining a 2% stop loss would have resulted in a small, recoverable loss within weeks.

Notably, the PAMM has always used a 5% stop loss, which is why it recovered quickly. Based on this experience, I still strongly believe in Korvato and consider it one of the most reliable algorithms available. Extreme conditions are the true test of any algorithm, and I now have full clarity on what Optimus can and cannot do. I’m confident in settings that are both protective and profitable.

My recommendation is simple:

Use the PAMM for hands-off management, or

Run the individual bot on a VPS with a 2% stop loss.

Korvato has always treated me fairly as a customer. They were hit by a rare combination of market shock and liquidity pressure that would have challenged any company. While frustration is understandable, mass refunds aren’t realistic for any firm.

Many algorithms suffered badly in 2025. Korvato would not have been impacted at all with a 2% stop loss, whereas other algos still carry 10%+ drawdowns, forcing users into high-risk stop-loss levels.

My advice is not to jump from bot to bot. Apply disciplined risk management, use your license properly, and give Korvato time to stabilize. I’m personally happy to remain with them and, without the risk of a 25% stop loss, continue to earn a consistent ~3% per month. I am happy to chat with anyone with questions. Korvato started out great, I made almost 20% my first month, then lost all gains and part of my capital in a 25% drawdown the second month. They offered to extend the trial period until the end of the year. Due to lackluster returns during that period, I reached out to cancel. I had set up a meeting with my rep, Diego, and he never sent a link for it and stopped responding to emails or calls. And no one from the company is responding to emails or calls either.

This company is the biggest con job on the internet. Their 120 day cancellation policy is a big lie. Stay away from this company and their lies.

I getting text messages at I have a balance owed of $1,000. Durning my on boarding I was offered 1000 discount if I would wire money vs using a credit card ! I did that and then had the algo installed the following weeks ! I can’t get a hold of anyone at the company! It’s like they have my number blocked ! I have recorded messages from the meeting stating the discount and the new balance

Avoid becoming entangled with this business. They are dishonest. modified the regulations to prevent paying scalpers. did it in retrospect. Keep your distance! I lost both of my accounts with them. The programme is unclear and doesn't really help. I refused to let them take my money and filed a legal complaint. I received my money back a few days later. Given what they have done to traders, they will never survive.

I've been with Korvato for about 6 months or more. The customer service is really good. You can reach people and they are kind. However, here is my BOT experience. I have tested their Optimus Bot, the Gold Rush Bot and the Bitcoin Bot "Bumble Bee". It's really exciting to see your account growing, but every 2 to 3 months the bot takes a loss. Korvato says, "we had a minor draw down." My minor draw downs = 12% and 30%. that's massive!!! That's 42% loss in 6 months. The problem with bots is that they are not sophisticated enough to win all the time. And when they lose, they can loose big. Today, on a $36,434.18 investment the Optimus bot lost $11,259.64. As you can see, it's great until it loses. And in my experience, it loses every 2-3 months. I have not been able to regain any loss fully before the next big hit. So my account keeps getting smaller and smaller. These are real numbers and real dollars. Unfortunately, I was really excited for Korvato's bot. But I cannot recommend it to anyone. Most of the review you see are when things are going great. It would be interesting to ask them the day after they lose 30% of their value. Also, most recently I put $30,000 into Orca Markets and that site went dark just a few weeks later. Every time I ask them about it, because they strongly recommended I use Orca, they just say we are looking into it. I think that money is gone. My other two trading accounts are with Plexy Trade and Ox Securities. Both are working, but getting less than expected returns. For 2025, I'm down in both accounts.

Will not honor refund policy. I was not happy with bot activation and customer service. Still have not received refund

They listed three companies to trade with , chose orca, they absconded, asked for my software money back from korvato under their guarantee, nothing yet and poor communication meanwhile.

It's very difficult to get recognition from Korvado for return of of my initial investment. I never used any of their bots because they required using a foreign brokerage or required Forex both which I objected to and I’m still waiting for my settlement and getting back the initial investment. Their advertising is deceptive on this issue.

Service never performed. I had losses from the start and never had a gain. I've been trying to cancel for over a month and no one reply responsibly. I just get told to contact someone else.

Korvato is telling American Express I agreed to no refund, this is truly not the case. Never even got the program ever set up due to miss information from day one dealing with the chain of incompetence of employees, all trying to resell their product and promising to refund in the end.

I'm writing this because I'm so frustrated and I really hope that someone will see it before it's too late.

I was trying to figure out how to increase a small inheritance a few years ago. I discovered Korvato through what appeared to be a feature on financial news; it was well-written, credible, and even quoted "industry experts." According to their platform, AI-driven trading produces steady returns with low risk. I foolishly thought it was true.

Everything appeared to function at first. Every day, gains were added to my dashboard. I could see that my equilibrium was improving. Encouraged, I added more savings and reinvested until I had about £9,000. However, everything changed the moment I attempted to cash out.

Withdrawal requests were repeatedly postponed with nebulous justifications such as "compliance checks," "bank validation," and "temporary system maintenance." My correspondence with

Korvato is great at taking your money, but once you request a refund, they pass you around to several departments to try and convince you to stay, then tell you your refund will take a few weeks to process. Then, they ghost you and never reply. Thankfully, I only put a small deposit down instead of the ridiculously high licensing fees they charge. The level of frustration is beyond belief. I think this company is in big financial trouble, and I would seriously question any financial ROI that they model for newcomers. Even if they had experienced success in the past, I would highly recommend you stay away from Korvato going forward. The level of integrity is severely lacking with this company.

I was given inaccurate information about trading and pressured to make deals under unfavourable market conditions. I waited months for my withdrawal, but it never came. I'd almost given up hope of reclaiming my funds. I then took formal action by registering a complaint and refusing to let them take my money, and I received it back in a matter of days. Avoid this terrible platform! This method culminated in the successful return of my money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective investors to exercise great caution and undertake extensive due research.

Korvado runs a high risk Trading algorithm bot. They say it is AI enabled, but I don’t think that’s true. The Trading bot produced some losses, but that’s not the problem.

The bigger problem is that they are affiliated with Orca Markets, an offshore broker dealer that stole all of the money from approximately 450 to 500 accounts. Many millions of dollars. Korvato vouched for Orca Markets and said they were a reputable company, and clearly this was not true. There have been numerous complaints filed with the FBI and United States regulatory authorities. There is an active Facebook group where victims are trying to get answers and coordinating their efforts. Very sad.
