Absolutely beautiful solid gold earrings + outstanding customer service from Kosirier Jewelry!
I was looking for earrings for my 1.5 year old daughter and I'm so happy I found Kosirier Jewelry. It's so hard to find real solid gold flat back earrings in the right size for babies - most places only have plated ones or regular backs that aren't safe. But Kosirier has them, and they're absolutely beautiful!
The earrings are delicate, perfectly sized for a toddler, and the quality is amazing. I love that they're solid gold, so I don't have to worry about allergies or her sensitive skin. The flat back design is exactly what I wanted - comfortable and safe for her to sleep in. Plus they have so many cute designs to choose from, it was hard to pick just one!
The packaging was also beautiful. They arrived in an elegant little jewelry box with soft padding, wrapped really nicely. It felt like a proper gift, perfect for her first earrings.
I did have a small issue with my order, but their customer service team was incredible. They replied to my email in few days, were so kind and professional, and arrange a free replacement shipment.
As a mum, finding safe, high-quality, solid gold jewelry for babies is a nightmare, so I'm really grateful for Kosirier Jewelry. Thank you for making my daughter's first earrings such a special experience. I'll definitely be back to shop the other cute models you have for me as well :) as I have sensitive skin too!

Issues with customer service. I contacted them 10-15 min after I placed my order to cancel it as I realized that the piercing I was trying to purchase was not actually solid 14k gold as the post is titanium (although it was listed as 14k gold in materials and title, and the only mention of a titanium post was at the bottom in the description). I also tried using the live chat but was never able to get through to a customer service representative despite it being business hours. I received an email <12h later saying that they will not refund my purchase and had shipped it out. Their website says explicitly to contact them within 24h to cancel orders but it seems like that’s actually not the case. Very upsetting/disappointing experience!
Update: after A LOT of back and forth with the company, they are refunding me and letting me keep the package as it had already been shipped. Therefore, amending my review to 3 stars given that they did try to rectify their mistake.

Do not order with this company!! I placed an order over 400,- euros to Europe and they refuse to take returns due to problems with their warehouse in China, high shipping costs and custom fees. Nowhere on the website or in their return policies have they made any mention of this and I've already read many bad reviews on numerous platforms mentioning the same issue. Completely unlawfull, they are scamming people. I am currently exploring options to take legal action because this is absolutely isane.

Irritation and inflammation to my ear - Bad quality
I purchased this earring specifically for my conch piercing, but unfortunately, it has been a painful experience. Despite following standard aftercare, the jewelry caused significant irritation and inflammation within a short period of wearing it.
Issues Encountered:
• Material Quality: The metal seems to be reactive. Even though it was marketed for piercings, my ear reacted as if it were a low-grade alloy or contained nickel.
• Physical Discomfort: The inflammation became so severe that I had to remove the jewelry entirely to prevent further infection or permanent damage to the cartilage.

I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I'm actually really happy with how it turned out. The earrings feel light and comfortable, I wore them the whole day without any irritation.

These earrings are beautiful and such great quality for the price.
