Absolutely love this bracelet! The design is stylish and the colors are even more beautiful in person. It’s lightweight, well made, and perfect for everyday wear. It adds a lovely pop of color to my outfit. Very satisfied with my purchase!

Koss Design is the best of all worlds. Their product is unique and fun, and they are great to work with. When I had a problem with timing, I let them know and they stayed on it until the product was delivered. AND they communicated every step of the way.

Beautiful jewelry, seems very good quality. The only possible "complaint" I could have would be the length of time from order to delivery. Since the items are not custom designed, I would think there would be stock on hand to simply pack and ship. However, having said that, they are worth the wait. I have ordered twice now, and will order again.

Love these bracelets. Bought 3 initially. Now have purchased 3 more. They don’t jangle on my arms, rather they sit there quietly and neatly, and don’t catch on anything because they sit so snugly on my arm. The biggest problem is choosing which ones to buy, and it’s really hard not to keep coming back for more.

I love stacking the bracelets on my wrist. Because the beads are flat, they are not bothersome for me to wear. I can wear 5 at a time. The colors are gorgeous and I like to pair the bracelets with my favorite turquoise ring and earrings!

I am really impressed with the quality of the bracelets I received. I was kept up to date with delivery details right from original order. I’m sure I will order more in the future.

I just received my first order and immediately bought more to add to my collection and give to family and friends. I love the Japanese/French origins, style, and quality—all honestly stunning for the price. I have never been able to wear stretch bracelets of any kind because others are all way too big and stretch out quickly, making them cheap looking and feeling. Koss’s small size is perfect for me, and the bracelets coordinate beautifully with my 10/14/18k and vintage gold bracelets and watches. Customer service has been truly superior so far. In a world full of baits and switches and disappointments in general, this company is a wonderful pleasant surprise.

I will not be a customer again after returning bracelets that were too tight (despite using their guide). It cost just under £10 to return to France by tracked post at end of January. The return process and form was in French and return instructions were not clear. It took 3 chasing enquiries to finally get a refund 5 weeks later although they seemed to dock £1 for some unexplained reason. Granted however, the customer service always responded promptly even though the process was annoyingly slow.

This order wss a gift for myself and a fruend. I had previously order us both a bracelet and decided we needed more than one to show off the real beauty of the beads.

Really pretty and well made stack of bracelets. The small was spot on for me and they fit perfectly on the wrist not hanging down so very wearable for every day. Quick delivery and value for money. Will also be looking for gifts for friends in the future.

I have always been wary of purchasing items from outside the UK - even if it is only Europe. However I took the risk and the experience has been worth it.
The bracelets are beautiful, arrived on time and were very securely packaged.
However the best thing was the continuous contact from the supplier to ensure everything was in order. In so many cases when ordering by mail order, you here nothing from the supplier. Which leaves the customer wondering if the order will arrive. With Koss Design this was not the case and I felt I was a valued customer. Well done and thank you.
