I ordered a set of bracelets (yes, you may have to wait a little longer for them to arrive, but it's well worth the wait). One of the bracelets had a broken bead. I contacted Koss and sent photos; they were all so lovely and helpful. A new bracelet was in the mail straight away.
I would definitely recommend and will be buying again.

I love these little bracelets. They are vibrant flashes of colour that sit easily on my wrists and catch the light as I move. I've got quite a lot of them now and have fun grouping them to suit my outfit, or playing around with colour clashes to add interest to a sombre suit. They lie flat on my arm so don't interfere with using a keyboard or anything else I'm doing. Great costume pieces and great service from Koss Design.

Hi Koss Design: LOVE THE Bracelets. But I would ask if you could allow for larger women’s wrists. Mine is just over 8 inches and the bracelets are tight and stretched so that the elastic is seen.

The quality of Koss stretch bracelets far surpasses the competition. They are so beautiful. The pictures don't do them justice. I originally thought they were too expensive. But I took a chance and placed an order. Now I want more, and I've already ordered others.

These seem to be of good quality, they look just like the photo. They we're delivered pretty quickly and came with a very nice divided pouch for storage. I'll order from them again, highly recommend!

The bracelets are beautiful and arrived safely. I only wish that the B1G1 x% Off discounts would have been applied differently. If I’d have bought two multi-bracelet packages, I’m sure that the second (least expensive one) would have been discounted. However I bought two multi-bracelet packages and two individual bracelets and you only applied the discount to the two individual bracelets, not one to the lower cost multi-bracelet package and one to the lower cost individual bracelet. That doesn’t seem right to me.

Choosing the product was the hardest part of this transaction. Ordering, paying and receiving my product was easy and the communication was great. I'm extremely happy with the look, quality and price, especially as I had looked at many sites for something a little special to wear everyday.
