By far the worst customer service i have ever dealt with.

It's almost a week now and i have not received the product. They are using the wrong address and cannot input a correct address.

Their driver is not contacting the customer and the customer service team is not updating the driver with the contact details.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!

When accessibility is just a word.

I ordered a game for a child with a disability and paid extra for same-day delivery, just to make sure they’d have it on time.
Not only was the product never delivered, but no one bothered to inform me. I had to reach out myself, and all I got was a vague answer about a “system issue.”
The child had been waiting all day, and no one took real responsibility.
This wasn’t just a bad experience — it’s the sixth time I’ve dealt with something like this from this company.
At this point, it doesn’t feel like an accident. It feels like how they operate.
Lots of talk about being “accessible” and “customer-focused,” but in reality… none of that shows when it matters.

Negative Review for Kotsovolos Greece

After spending thousands of euros at Kotsovolos over the past decade, I am extremely disappointed with their so-called “Total Support” service. Despite paying extra for this support plan on top of the standard warranty, the after-sales service has been abysmal. We purchased a Hoover range and oven-frankly, they should stick to making vacuums, because this appliance never worked properly from day one.
When we reported the issue, Hoover sent out technicians who were clearly not knowledgeable and failed to resolve the problem. Instead of fixing the appliance, they simply closed the case, falsely claiming that we said it was resolved. Now, Kotsovolos claims our Total Support has expired and wants to charge us for a repair they never completed in the first place.
Trying to escalate the issue is pointless-there is no supervisor to speak to, and the customer service representative I spoke with was dismissive and rude, insisting she was in charge when she clearly was not. This level of attitude and lack of accountability is shocking for a company of this size.
Looking at other reviews online, it seems my experience is far from unique. Kotsovolos is notorious for poor customer service and unresolved complaints, with many customers reporting similar issues of delays, unhelpful staff, and products that arrive damaged or never work as advertised. The only reason they stay in business is likely the lack of better alternatives in Greece.
If I could give them a negative star, I would. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Extremely Poor Experience with a british Company in greece

I placed an order for a steam iron from Volos Store six weeks ago, and I have yet to receive it. The product was reportedly available in the company's inventory at the time of my purchase. Despite making three phone calls to inquire about the status of my order, I was only promised that the item would be delivered shortly. However, I never received any updates or communication from the company regarding the progress of my order.

Absolute Fraud - AVOID

We have a discount coupon for 50€ but it is impossible to enter it online. Everytime it says invalid. We contacted them via telephone, we completed the order of the item 278611 ( i cannot add a screenshot sadly) which clearly says 119.90€ but they charged us an extra 7€ because, as they told us via chat, that the different sales channels have different prices. When I asked the chat to give me proof of that on their website they terminated the chat discussion. Is that how you treat your returning customers? Very well then, I will address this matter to INKA (Consumers' Institute Greece). Definitely not gonna buy from those scammers again. AVOID

Worst electrical company in Greece!.
My 18 month old TV went down 6 weeks ago, nobody has phoned me and despite 3 trips to the shop, plus a 4th trip today, they insist it’s not their problem!.
They are saying it’s Samsungs responsibility and the €104.90 insurance isn’t relevant.
Just told me again to wait for a phone call, up to another 2 weeks.
And they will not accept, the none working TV back and give me a refund.
Never shopping with them again, if this is an example of their after sales service.
Because they should be able to take a return and give a refund, if they have sold an item unfit for purpose less than 14months after purchase and their own insurance.

The worst company ever!
We ordered a tablet which was available online and it took them a month to send it. They kept updating/changing the delivery date and after a month, we canceled the order ( which was already paid). They returned the money after another month and after our third visit in store.
Rediculous and never again!

The worst company yo purchase from again made the same mistake purchasing a laptop for Christmas the charger is faulty when I went to exchange it they told me I broke it.

How is that possible it it not eve 10 days old

The technical guy was horrible no customer service at all.

The manager was worse this is kotsovolos glyfada they are pathetic learn to trai your employees with some empathy and cistomet service.

You don't e rn deserve a 1 star

I will never purchase from you again

Stay Away

They are bad company with bad customer support service,they dont follow the state laws of return (a product)and lie to you about your rights as a customer so not to except returns even if they sold you a faulty product. If you speak with the after sales support number they will tell you I'll convey your request and someone will call you back,but they will never do it. And the faulty machine will stay with you until the period time of return expires.STAY AWAY!

Stay away!!!

Their service is worse than public services. I have been a customer for many years, but now I have to change supplier. I’ve spent hours on the phone waiting for a callback, and the service I’ve received on-site has been the worst. It’s clear that they can no longer compete effectively. Never again Kotsovolos. Stay away!!!! I have worked for many years in multinational companies. I have never seen such a mess!!!

Worst experience ever, I have buy an electric cooker and the oven, after all most one week they delivered, put it in the middle of the house and left. They never sent the technician to install,although I have paid for installation and they don’t inform me when I bought it, I paid other technician to install the cooker, stay away from Kotsovols please they are scammers!

Worst Customer Experience ever!

I could need pages to write about this site's UX. In a nutshell,
- All committed delivery dates provided are estimates.
- The product availabilities are fictional
- It is impossible to contact them, more than 25min waiting times in the callcenter
- They pass responsibility for delays to their shipping agent.
- The only thing speedy about them was the refund of my order (>3,500 EUR)
They simply dont know how to run D2C.

Fail Servises

If i had the option i would rate this company with zero stars. Unprofessional and unuseful. Fact: I ordered a kitchen and the first time the address was written wrong, they said that they would call to reschedule the delivery, they didn't. Instead, I called them back and i scheduled for second time and it did not came as the appointment was not saved (?) and then i gave them a 3rd chance and again the kitchen did not came as the address was still wrong. Which mean that there is a serious problem of perception. If you are planning to buy smth here, just consider any other store to avoid this burn out situation.

No mobile, you cannot purchase

Unbelievable, surely no where in Europe has this policy !!! I waited a long time to be served by the one member of staff that was also doing "payment plans" and was told I could not purchase an electric heater or any other Kotsovolos product because I could not remember/provide my mobile number. Totally disgraceful, does this mean people who do not own a mobile phone cannot purchase their products.
