Worst customer experience ever!!
It's the second time i have purchased something from this "store" and both times the experience has been auwfull !! The customer service people are arrogant and lie to your face with no shame. Places like this should be shut down. No wonder they dont allow reviews on their FB page... Don't buy for this shop, after the sale is made they dont care any more. I have spent the last 2 days trying speaking with them with no result. I made an order, never received any email confirmation, & no tracking information. The only way to get info was to contact them, which is a nightmare. After finaly getting a tracking number 3 days after ordering, i went to collect my item and surprise surprise they only sent part of my order... which they couldn't give to me. The other part is on the way somewhere... So i start again trying to contact them for the tracking number of the second item.. wish me luck!!

the worst company in the world. Service is s*it, costumer support is s*it. Employees are very stupid and they dont know what to reply back when you are right.
I ordered stuff worth 19000EUR including 2 AC's with installation. they suppose to place it 2 month ago but still they are delaying and never answers the phone.
Finally they answered and set me up for installation on the 8th of August but today i received that they will delay for the 19th.
when i asked for refund they said yes but they wont give me guarantee for it.

Please someone shut down this company!! everything since second 1 you decide to work with this company will go bad! Monthly payments! We've been rejected 3 times, the 300 euro deposit wasnt enough, my cousin dont have a fix telephone, my sister in law dont have more than 1 year at her workplace, even though she works for the government. In the end they asked for 30 % of the order, which we offered since we got there first time but the employee said we dont need to pay that much and a 300 euro deposit would be more than enough. In 1 week we went to Nicosia 4 times. After few days they approved it. its been almost 3 months which we are paying for the monthly installments but we DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT and they never know when will be available. Customer support is very bad. every day they say the same thing: change the order! I don’t want to change the order, I need the thing that I order for my work! dont you have a supervisor/manager to check where is the item? A tracking number?? Every time they say in few days, its been 3 months that I pay installments and I dont have the product!! Absolutely rubbish company. Your prices are double at least for everything. You advertise a product you do not have in stock, at double the price, but then you cant even bring it in time, even with the double price that i know i am paying.

We purchased a Samsung TV from Kotsovolos in Chalkida on Friday July 12.
We took the TV home (an hour and a half drive each way) and proceeded to set it up.
We discovered that the remote was not working. We charged it overnight with no success. The remote was not working. In addition to charging the remote overnight we attempted to pair it several times with no success.
We called Kotsovolos technical support and were told that the issue was not theirs, but Samsungs. We were also told that the best solution was to return the TV and the remote to the store we purchased it from. Again, to emphasise the store is an hour and a half each way.
We were also told that in order to receive a new remote we would need to go through Samsung.
On Monday we decided to go to the store with the TV and the remote. We were told that because we had discarded the packaging the TV was in we would not be able to return the TV. At no time were we told it was necessary to keep the packaging. The “customer service representative” insisted that we were told-thus implying that we were lying and also insisted that this information was written on the back of our receipt. Upon checking the back of our receipt she acknowledged that the information had not been provided on the receipt.
The “customer service representative” then suggested that I had not charged the remote and proceeded to charge it. After some time she attempted to use the remote and acknowledged that indeed it was not working,
However, because we had contacted technical service, the “customer service representative” insisted that there was nothing she could do for us and asked us to take the TV with us and wait for technical services to address our issue. The “customer service representative” also insisted that Kotsovolos had no responsibility to ensure the products they sold were working. I found this statement odd. Who is responsible?
We were not prepared to leave the store without a solution. At this point I asked for another Samsung remote, which I was begrudgingly provided. That remote worked and I insisted that I would not leave without it.
It is appalling that the customer (me) had to come up with a solution and the “customer service representative” did not. Poor training?
The “customer service representative” was more interested in getting rid of us, insisting that we were informed about things which we were not than she was in providing a solution.
At Kotsovoulos the customer is always wrong.
I hope to never have to deal with this company again.
Worst call center ever
Worst call center ever, the wait is over 30 minutes, and you have to hear the same marketing message again and again, with no option for them to call you instead. It is like I am stuck in hell and waiting to be tortured, while being tortured. Be better...
Refused to fix/replace an item sold broken
In May I ordered an LG computer monitor to use at home. When it arrived I did not have the right connector for my laptop and then went travelling. When I finally tried to use it the other week the monitor powered up but only showed some random lines. Their online customer service told me to take it to a shop but at the shop they refused to look at it or replace it because I didn't have the box. This is in clear breach of EU laws! Never again!

When I went to Kotsovolos store in Thessaloniki, they told me that I have to buy double the price, that is €240, in order to redeem the gift voucher. The employee told me to connect to the link with the terms but I didn't noticed anything similar to the fact that I have to buy twice the price. In addition, in their computer system it is showing that it applies to ironing equipment, which is not mentioned in the terms or in their message.
So it is about fraud and false information, really I am not happy after buying more than 1000€ to their store. Believe me I will find any available blog to write my complain .

If you want to buy a product in installments, you must have a Greek guarantor. I think that policy of Kotsovolos is a racist policy. My question is why the guarantor should be a Greek citizen, not an employee with a Tax declaration in Greece yearly for more than 8,000 euros.

On the 19th of February they delivered to me a new Libher Fridge/Freezer with a broken door part. I sent them immediately the same day photos (K:0089205982) of the part, together with the statement of the guys that made the installation attesting this and today 28/02 they call me asking me to pay €40 to obtain the part.
Totally unacceptable service avoid at all costs.

Bad delivery service experience
I purchased a washing machine from Kotsovolos which in itself was not an unpleasant experience. However, delivery and collection of my old washing machine (which white goods retailers are obliged by law to collect for recycling) was completely unpleasant. Despite a very specific description of the location and the weight of my old washing machine, and the acknowledgement of the salesperson "that it is not a problem at all" the delivery guys didn't hide the fact that they were displeased having to bring the new one upstairs to the first floor, and outright dismissed collecting the old one as too heavy, and rudely at that (hint to Kotsovolos management to train their delivery crews how to act in problem situations). Bottomline, Kotsovolos is very accommodating until they make the sale but their delivery team doesn't live up to the promises the salespeople make to customers.

I would like to thank the lady at the Rethymno Kotsovolos Store very much for taking care of me. I bought a LG tv through internet with the promise of a 50 Euro gift voucher. First when I got into the store they said I should have a code, but I never received this. The gentleman who delivered the tv said that a paper he gave me, was the discount voucher. So this was a lie!!!!! After calling the headoffice in the morning, finally I got my voucher and the kind lady even called to inform me. She kept her promise! In the meantime I received the SMS with the code.

I wish there were zero stars for this awful joke of a company. I ordered a mini stove December 15 2023 and paid EXTRA for the next day delivery. It is January 5 2024 when I am writing this review and it hasn't even started yet! In the meantime I spoke with 2 representatives who reassured me that I will receive a message the same day with the exact delivery time of the order and nothing ever came, not even an email. Today I asked for a refund on live chat, the phone is occupied all day and there are awful Christmas ads playing the entire time, long after Christmas passed that make even waiting insufferable. I will never order anything from them again, they have no respect for their clients! I wish you go bankrupt!

Not worth the hassle
I cancelled my order 1 hour after I placed it through the phone due to something that came up. I called Kotsovoloso call center to cancel and they gave me a hard time until they agreed to do it.
I don't really like being pushed back on my decisions.
Anyway, 17 days later and I am still waiting for my refund which should have been really quick given that the item wasn't even packed for shipping.
I ve contacted my bank and it looks like they didn't even authorize the refund yet.
Upon contacting them I am just told to wait.Wait for what exactly and for how long? Even your policy states that refunds are processed in 14 days max.
This is not a good way to do business.
Also, why don't you have email as a method for contact?
