Still waiting for order to be completed.
Ordered 2 items, one of which I received very quickly. The 2nd is on back order.
After receiving the 1st item, I had an email stating that my item has been shipped.
This was not the case, as I contacted customer services.
Still waiting.

Some items I ordered were not in stock…
Some items I ordered were not in stock and after ringing the company, they couldn’t tell me when they would expect a new stock.
As my order was a present it was disappointing not to have a complete set.
