We purchased some art prints and had a very positive experience with Koustrup & Co. The experience with UPS shipping, however, was awful. Our package sat in Koln, Germany for weeks. UPS was difficult to contact, and when a connection was made, they did nothing to assist. The UPS representative said this was a common problem and it appears they refuse to address it. I hope Koustrup will find another shipping company to use for the US.

The cards were not sent to our address…
The cards were not sent to our address but to a parcel shop. We were not aware of that when we ordered. Then, we received a notification to come get the cards on October 12, when the receipt on the cards shows that they arrived October 6. This is unacceptable in regard of the price we paid for shipping. We will not order anymore from this company even if we like the product.
